F	F. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit etwas Widerstreben heute zu Pearle in die Thaliastraße. Hauptsächlich kenne ich Optiker durch Begleitdienste und fühlte mich immer solidarisch "mitgenervt". Ein Freund empfahl mir diese Filiale und siehe da: meine ganzen Vorurteile waren umsonst. Eine überaus freundliche, aber kein bisschen aufdringliche Fachverkäuferin (Frau Sanela M.) hat mich ganz individuell bedient. Sie stand übrigens zu dem Zeitpunkt allein im Laden und betreute irgendwie gleichzeitig drei Kunden - ohne einen Anflug von Hektik zu zeigen. Die Beratung war kompetent und vollkommen im Rahmen meiner Möglichkeiten. Ich wurde auf für mich und meinen finanziellen Rahmen mögliche Angebote hingewiesen, mir wurde aber nichts aufgeschwatzt. Auf den Vorschlag hin bin ich zwar durch die halbe Stadt gefahren, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Schnell, stressfrei, kompetent und maßgeschneidert - das nenn ich echt guten Service! A friend recommended this branch to me and lo and behold: all my prejudices were in vain. An extremely friendly, but not a bit pushy saleswoman (Ms. Sanela M.) served me individually. By the way, she was standing alone in the shop at the time and somehow looked after three customers at the same time - without showing any hint of hectic. The advice was competent and completely within the scope of my possibilities. I was advised of possible offers for myself and my financial resources, but nothing was talked into me. At the suggestion I drove halfway through the city, but it was worth it. Fast, stress-free, competent and tailor-made - that's what I call really good service!
B	Bili Tschien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer auf der Suche nach einem guten Optiker ist, ist hier an der FALSCHEN Adresse. Der Typ wirkt und ist auch sehr desinteressiert. Sehr sehr unfreundlich noch dazu. Ohne Witz, er war sogar so unfreundlich das ich einfach rausgegangen bin weil ich es nicht mehr ausgehalten habe. Bin zwei Stationen weiter gefahren auf die MaHü und wurde dort äußerst kompetent und vor allem freundlich bedient. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen dieser Standort!!! If you are looking for a good optician, this is the WRONG address. The guy acts and is also very disinterested. Very, very unfriendly at that. No joke, he was so rude that I just went out because I couldn't take it anymore. I drove two stops further to the MaHü and was served extremely competently and above all in a friendly manner. Really not to recommend this location !!!
E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz vor dem 1.Lockdown kaufte ich in dieser Filiale eine Gleitsichtbrille, die Fassung ist sehr gut, die Gläser (Platinausführung= mittlere bis bessere Ausführung) eine Katastrophe. Die Fernsicht ist sehr gut, aber lesen kann ich damit nicht lange. Dabei wird alles verzerrt, der untere Teil des Lesebereichs ist winzig. Ich werde beim Lesen schwindlig - ja, das gibts offenbar auch. Die Gläser selber haben alle Zusatzausrüstungen, laufen aber ständig an bez.w.sind, trotz häufigem Putzen, sehr schnell wieder schmutzig. Als Fernbrille ok, aber bei der Qualität beim Sehbereich ist die Brille bei weitem zu teuer. Oder hat man darauf "vergessen", weil ich die Öamtc- Ermäßigung in Anspruch genommen habe? The glasses themselves have all additional equipment, but are constantly running or, despite frequent cleaning, are dirty again very quickly. Okay as long-distance glasses, but in terms of the quality of the field of vision, the glasses are far too expensive. Or was it "forgotten" because I took advantage of the Öamtc discount? No purchase recommendation!

Sofortige beratung, ohne Termin und kurz vor Schließung( es war ca 17.35). Nicht nur ihre Freundlichkeit und ihren Kundenservice waren perfekt, sondern auch Ihre Kompetenz und Beratung. Sie empfohl meiner Tochter den perfekten Rahmen ist extra vor die Tür gegangen, sodass man draußen ohne Maske probieren kann. Hat nicht das Teure Produkt empfohlen, sonder das passende. Mit wlWiener Schmäh konnte sie uns errinnern was es bedeutet der Kunde ist König. Braucht ihr Brillen, seid ihr bei ihr in guten Händen. Respekt Nachtrag 05 Sep 2021 Leider hat meine Tochter ihre Brille seitlich zerstört. Bei Pearl kein Problem bzgl Garantie und Kulanz Fr. FLEURY vielen Dank für die rasche Reparatur innerhalb von 8 Minuten. Ich bin vom Pearl echt begeistert. Empfehlenswert!
