Unglaublich präpotenter und unprofessioneller Umgang mit dem Kunden, bei defekter Arbeitskleidung wird die eigene Profession hinterfragt und man wird unverzüglich beschuldigt fahrlässig gehandelt zu haben um die (scheinbar) minderwertige Qualität zu vertuschen. (Umtausch bei Hersteller problemlos abgehandelt.)
HANDS OFF! Incredibly presumptuous and unprofessional handling of the customer, in the case of defective work clothes, one's own profession is questioned and one is immediately accused of having acted negligently to cover up the (apparently) inferior quality. (Exchange dealt with by the manufacturer without any problems.)
