D	Daniela Laimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibt es im Denn's Biomarkt scheinbar null Kulanz. Meine Mutter ist hier schon lange Stammkundin. Vor einer Woche hat sie für meinen Sohn (11 Monate alt) einen 20 Euro teuren Strampler aus Bio-Baumwolle gekauft. Leider war bereits nach einer Woche ein Druckknopf kaputt und ist ausgerissen. Soweit ja kein Problem, kann vorkommen. Sie wollte den Strampler also umtauschen. Das wurde ihr aber verweigert, weil sie die Rechnung nicht mehr hatte, obwohl sie genau diese Strampler noch im Geschäft liegen hatten und ja offensichtlich war, daß sie den erst vor Kurzem gekauft haben musste. Das ist keine Art mit Stammkunden umzugehen ! Bei einer solchen Vorgangsweise brauchen sich die Inhaber dann nicht wundern wenn mehr und mehr Kunden nurmehr bei Amazon und Co bestellen. Die nehmen solche Ware anstandslos und ohne Diskussion zurück. Wir werden in Zukunft woanders einkaufen gehen, nie wieder Denn's ! Unfortunately, there is apparently no goodwill at Denn's organic market. My mother has been a regular customer here for a long time. One week ago she bought a 20 Euro organic cotton bodysuit for my son (11 months old). Unfortunately, after just a week, a push button broke and escaped. If so, no problem, may occur. She wanted to exchange the romper. But she was refused because she did not have the bill anymore, even though they had those rompers still in the shop and it was obvious that she had to buy them recently. This is no way to deal with regular customers! In such an approach, the owners need not be surprised if more and more customers only order from Amazon and Co. They take such goods back without hesitation and without discussion. We will go shopping somewhere else in the future, never again.
K	Karoline L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salat, Karotten, Äpfel, Knoblauch usw. kommen großteils aus den Niederlanden oder Deutschland - sogar im Sommer - und zu wirklich hohen Preisen! Ich hatte nun zum zweiten Mal eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit sehr unfreundlichen Verkäufern. Durch die Eigenmarke von Denn's werden immer mehr renommierte (und auch österreichische) Biomarken ersetzt. Ich gehe nicht mehr gerne dorthin. Salad, carrots, apples, garlic, etc. are mostly from the Netherlands or Germany - even in summer - and at really high prices! For the second time I had a very bad experience with very unfriendly sellers. Denn's own brand is replacing more and more well-known (and also Austrian) biomarkers. I do not like to go there any more.
J	Josef Stöhr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gut sortiert. Viele Produkte die wir in den Mainstream-Supermärkten noch immer vermissen. Tolle Auswahl an Schokolade, Aufstrichen, Trockenfrüchten usw. Very well sorted. Many products that we still miss in mainstream supermarkets. Great selection of chocolates, spreads, dried fruits, etc.
T	Tobias Dietrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer bei Bioware darauf achtet, dass sie möglichst nicht aus Österreich kommen soll, dafür teurer ist als in österreichischen Supermarktketten, der ist bei Denn's goldrichtig. PS: Brot und Gebäck ist zwar aus Österreich, aber auch hier lange Transportketten und geschmacklich so, dass man sich Brotkonsum für immer abgewöhnen möchte. Besser zum lokalen Bäcker gehen (zB Bäckerei Neumeister Sandleitengasse). Anyone at Bioware who makes sure that they should not come from Austria if possible, but is more expensive than in Austrian supermarket chains, is spot on with Denn's. PS: Although bread and pastries are from Austria, they are also long transport chains and the taste is such that you want to stop eating bread forever. Better to go to the local bakery (e.g. Neumeister Sandleitengasse bakery).

Leider natürlich sehr teuer, aber das Obst und Gemüse ist im Sommer preiswerter als in manchen Supermärkten und da das Gemüse und Obst nicht abgepackt ist, kann man die Menge wählen und es verdirbt nicht im Kühlschrank. Einige Produkte, die ich sehr schätze, gibt es in anderen Läden nicht. Aber die Preise sind schon sehr hoch. Good selection of high quality products. Personal sehr durchwachsen, der Eigentümer (nehme ich an) wirkt ruhig, aber recht bemüht, das junge Personal sowohl weiblich als auch männlich ist immer SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit aber die ältere Kollegin (ca. 50 Jahre alt) ist leider dermaßen unhöflich und patzig und ganz und gar nicht hilfsbereit (ein Gutschein hat nicht funktioniert und sie war überhaupt keine Hilfe und sogar noch unfreundlich zu mir) . Ich hoffe der Eigentümer überlegt sich bei Gelegenheit, ob er solche lustlosen und unsympathischen Angestellten wirklich in seinem Geschäft haben möchte.. Good range and a large selection. Staff very mixed, the owner (I assume) seems calm, but tried hard, the young staff, both female and male, is always VERY friendly and helpful, but the older colleague (about 50 years old) is unfortunately so rude and rude and Not at all helpful (a voucher didn't work and she was no help at all and even rude to me). I hope the owner thinks about whether he really wants such listless and unsympathetic employees in his business.
M	Moritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es von allen Mitarbeiter*innen des Biomarktes unverantwortlich, am 25.11.2021 Personen ohne Mund-Nasen Schutz beim Eintritt ins Geschäft nicht nach dem Grund der fehlenden Maske zu fragen. Ich möchte als Kunde nicht diese Diskussion mit diesen Personen führen müssen. Ich bitte um Stellungnahme. I think it is irresponsible of all employees of the organic market not to ask people without mouth and nose protection when entering the shop on November 25th, 2021 about the reason for the missing mask. As a customer, I don't want to have to have this discussion with these people. I ask for your opinion.
