★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angebot hat zwei mal nicht gepasst, weil die Hälfte vergessen wurde.. Lieferung kam: Waschtisch und Unterschrank passen nicht zusammen, falsche Duschwand, Armaturen fehlen z.T.... kein guter Service
Offer did not fit twice because half was forgotten. Delivery came: washbasin and base cabinet do not match, wrong shower screen, fittings are missing in some cases ... not good service

unfreundlich, unkompetent, uneinsichtig!!
Die erste Badplanung war ein kompletter Reinfall.
Es wurde so geplant wie es nie realisierbar gewesen wäre. Sind selbst zum Glück auf den Fehler draufgekommen. Seitens der Firma gab es hier keine Einsicht, keine Entschuldigung nichts. Nur Ausreden!
Beim 2ten "Planungstermin" kam von der Planerin rein gar nichts. Zum Glück haben wir uns vorab selbst alles durchgeplant sonst wäre das wohl wieder nichts geworden.
Mit Freundlichkeit oder Entgegenkommen glänzte die Firma bei uns definitiv nicht!
Wouldn't go shopping there again / let me plan anything:

The first bathroom planning was a complete failure.
It was planned in a way that would never have been possible. Fortunately, they figured out the mistake themselves. On the part of the company there was no insight, no apology, nothing. Just excuses!
At the 2nd "planning appointment" nothing came from the planner. Fortunately, we planned everything ourselves in advance, otherwise it would probably have turned out to be nothing.
The company definitely didn't shine with us with friendliness or courtesy!
