★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwer mangelhaftes Edelstahl-Geländer aufgestellt,Planer keine Ahnung von Vorschriften und Normen,und dann weil wir nicht zahlten und auch ein hinzugezogener Sachverständige uns bekräftigte wurden wir eben geklagt... Haben vor Gericht Recht bekommen aber die Mängel wollte man nicht wie vorgeschrieben beheben weil.... kurz gesagt zu aufwendig und suchte man ausreden ... tja ging dann eben in eine weitere Auseinandersetzung vor Gericht
 Seriously inadequate stainless steel railing erected, planners have no idea of regulations and standards, and then because we did not pay and an expert called in confirmed us, we were sued ... We were right in court but they did not want to fix the defects as prescribed because .... in short, too time-consuming and you tried to excuse yourself ... well then went into another dispute in court

Very friendly office team and my problem was immediately fixed in the factory room by an employee. I can not say a bad thing. Always very friendly and competent in terms of metalworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Anliegen wurde nicht einmal angehört. Die Dame am Empfang konnte drotz Telefonat nicht erreichen. Einfach nur traurig.
My concern wasn't even heard. The lady at the reception could not reach the phone call. Just sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Inhaber hat einen persönlichen Besichtigungstermin bzw. Offerttermin aus persönlichen Gründen abgesagt, und sich nie mehr gemeldet. Dem Betrieb geht es offenbar sehr gut??? Ich wollte eigentlich nur auf meiner Terrasse zwei Schiebetüren aus Edelstahl - Glas. Es gibt sicher bessere Betriebe in Graz oder Umgebung.
The owner canceled a personal viewing appointment or offer date for personal reasons and never reported back. The company is obviously doing very well ??? I just wanted two sliding doors made of stainless steel and glass on my terrace. There are certainly better companies in Graz or the surrounding area.
