Zu meiner Freude kamen tags darauf zwei freundliche Mitarbeiter mit Boiler und Waschtischarmatur und waren in sage und schreibe einer Stunde schon wieder fertig. Tolle Arbeit geleistet, pünktlich erschienen und sauber den Arbeitsplatz wieder verlassen. So stelle ich mir eine Top Firma vor. Hut ab und Danke. Kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen. It started with the fact that shortly after sending my e-mail I received a call back from the very competent Mr. Zach, who made me a very lucrative offer, which of course I immediately accepted and at the same time placed the order. To my delight, two friendly employees came the next day with a boiler and basin mixer and were ready again in no less than an hour. Great job, showed up on time and left the workplace clean. This is how I imagine a top company. Hats off and thanks. I can warmly recommend it.

Der telefonische Erstkontakt war sehr nett, eine Terminfindung war unkompliziert und die Arbeit war einwandfrei! Gerne wieder :-) We were really completely satisfied with Derigo's performance. The initial contact by phone was very nice, finding an appointment was uncomplicated and the work was flawless! Gladly again :-)

Immer die Antwort erhalten, dass mich gleich der Monteur anruft. Nie einen Rückruf erhalten. Es hat sich gar keiner mehr gemeldet oder ist vorbeigekommen Absolutely disappointing. Called and got an appointment. Then nobody came. Called 3 times and asked when someone was coming. I always get the answer that the fitter will call me right away. Never got a call back. No one answered or came by
