★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kontakt mit der Niederlassung Graz war ein totaler Flop. Ich habe dort angerufen und wollte technische Informationen. Der Mann der abgehoben hat war nicht zuständig und sagte, der zuständige Mann/Herr Krisper werde mich noch am selben Tag anrufen. Das ist 8 Tage her !!!!
Bei der großen deutschen Konkurrenz konnte ich die Auskünfte sofort bekommen
The contact with the Graz branch was a total flop. I called them and wanted technical information. The man who picked up was not responsible and said that the responsible man / Mr Krisper would call me on the same day. That was 8 days ago !!
With the big German competition I was able to get the information immediately
