Nur durch Eigeninitiative konnte ich verhindern, dass die Duschtasse nicht falsch eingebaut wurde. Teile für die Abdichtung fehlten. Nur durch direkten Kontakt mit einem Produktmanager der Marke konnte ich herausfinden was fehlte. Die Teile musste ich natürlich auch bezahlen. Heißt die Rechnung wurde noch höher als sie schon war. Liefertermine wurden NIE, wirklich NIE eingehalten. Ich durfte sogar selbst nachforschen gehen wo die Expresslieferung bleibt weil sie nicht gekommen ist. Falsche Adresse wurde angegeben. Danke für nichts. Anlieferung der Duschtasse sah so aus, dass ich nicht Informiert wurde und die Tasse einfach über mein Einfahrttor "gelegt" wurde. Frage mich wie er das gemacht hat, denn die hat sehr viel Gewicht. Beim öffnen des Tores dann der Schreck das am Tor die Wanne lehnte. Ich konnte ein umfallen gerade noch verhindern. Was mich am meisten Stört ist, dass das Bad mit Abstand der teuerste Raum im Hausbau ist und hier wirklich NICHTS funktioniert hat! In dieser Branche geht gewaltig was schief! Everything is TOP in sales. BUT unfortunately we were offered things that no installer can install. It was only through my own initiative that I was able to prevent the shower tray from being installed incorrectly. Parts for the sealing were missing. I was only able to find out what was missing through direct contact with a product manager from the brand. Of course, I also had to pay for the parts. That means the bill was even higher than it already was. Delivery dates were NEVER, really NEVER met. I was even allowed to investigate myself where the express delivery was because it didn't come. Wrong address was given. Thanks for nothing. Delivery of the shower tray looked so that I was not informed and the cup was simply "placed" over my entrance gate. Wonder how he did it, because it carries a lot of weight. When opening the gate then the shock that the bathtub was leaning against the gate. I was just able to prevent falling over. What bothers me most is that the bathroom is by far the most expensive room in a house and NOTHING really worked here! There's a lot going wrong in this industry!
