★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlecht Erfahrung. Wollte 3 Jahre alten Boiler tauschen da sie nur TAUSCHEN und nicht reparieren. Was ist dass führ eine Firma sehr dubios. Auf der Webseite stehen 5 Sterne. Photoshop lässt grüssen!!!!
 Bad experience. Wanted to exchange 3 year old boiler because they only REPLACE and not repair. What is very dubious for a company. The website says 5 stars. Greetings from Photoshop !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ziemlich schlechte Firma. Nur schlechte erfahrungen gemacht,nicht nur Ich sondern auch Freunde ,haben wohl lukrativen Vertrag mit Versicherung.Wollen aber alles schwarz machen,dann kann man nichts von der Steuer absetzten,und wenn ein schaden passiert ist man am A.......
Pretty bad company. Only bad experiences, not only me but also friends, have probably a lucrative contract with insurance. But if you want to make everything black, then you can not deduct anything from the tax, and if damage happened you were on the A .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist glaube Ich eine ausländische Firma,freundlich,aber die Arbeit ist ziemlich teuer und lässt zu wünschen übrig. Fast doppel so teuer als beim Egger. Sie müssen nicht diese Firma anrufen,die Versicherung muss auch eine andere dafür bezahlen,wenn Sie es so wollen,egal ob Neue Heimat oder andere in Graz.
I think it's a foreign company, friendly, but the work is quite expensive and leaves much to be desired. Almost twice as expensive as the Egger. You do not have to call this company, the insurance company also has to pay another person if you want it, whether new home or others in Graz.

komplett abgezockt..
gelogen dass mein Boiler nicht mehr funktioniert in der Hoffnung Sie verkaufen mir einen neuen.
Ein Freund später erklärt dass sie einfach die Sicherung eingeschaltet haben dass der nicht gehen kann. Ohne Grund 20 min im gang gestanden dass sie mehr Zeit berechnen können.
Später trotzdem brav mit 100€ Inkasso Rechnung gekommen.
Wollten später gar nicht mehr abheben.
Sprachlos. Diebstahl.
Disastrous experience!
completely ripped off ..
lied that my boiler stopped working hoping they would sell me a new one.
A friend later explains that they just turned on the fuse so that it can't go. Stood in the corridor for 20 minutes for no reason that they can calculate more time.
Later I still came up with a 100 € collection invoice.
Didn't want to take off later.
Speechless. Theft.

Die Arbeiten wurden termingerecht, hochwertig und unter Einhaltung der Kosten zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Es weht sichtlich ein neuer Wind im Unternehmen.
We obtained several offers for our bathroom renovation in Graz and placed the order with Mr. Wallner from Instatec. A young, motivated manager convinced us. The work was done on time, of high quality and in compliance with the costs to the fullest satisfaction. A new wind is clearly blowing in the company.

I had my bathroom refurbished. Very friendly and nice staff. Both costs and deadlines were met correctly. Even though it took you a day longer, I can recommend this company without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden und riefen mehrere Installateurfirmen an. Instatec reagierte als einziger sofort und innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten waren 2 Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Sie reparierten das Leck in weniger als 1 Stunde, nahmen die aufgestemmten Wandreste mit und hinterließen einen sauberen Arbeitsplatz.
Kurz gesagt: Schnell. Unkompliziert. Professionell.
We had water damage and called several plumbing companies. Instatec was the only one to respond immediately and within 15 minutes two employees were on site. They repaired the leak in less than an hour, took the pricked-open remnants of the wall with them and left a clean workplace.
In short: fast. Straightforward. Professional.
