Average apartments. The historic center is about 10 minutes walk along the promenade. Nice view from the balcony to the river. Clean towel and bedding. The bathroom looked pretty tired, as did the kitchen. Took for the new year and the price was not the smallest.

Spent 4 nights here! From the result, it was a very satisfying accommodation! I was worried because there were not many Korean reviews and the rating was not high, but it was more than expected. Advantages) 1. Very friendly staff and apartment residents (?)!! The Roman who met us was very kind. The residents (?) who occasionally encountered in the elevator greeted me first and it was great! 2. Great location! It's nice that the Central Station and Mirabell Garden are close. It was nice to have Billa and the SPAR at the gas station right nearby! 3. Delicious bakery on the first floor! If you're staying here, I hope you stop by Balkan bakery on the first floor. I had a hot dog and a croissant and it was very delicious!! 4. It's clean! Most of the reviews mentioned hygiene issues, and I was worried because the exterior was old and worn out, but it was too neat than I thought! The floor was clean and the bedding smelled very nice. However, since it is not a hotel, it is not cleaned every day. 5. Electric stove, pot, microwave, and various tableware were provided, so it was nice to be able to eat food! This is also the advantage of an apartment! However, it takes a while because the stove heat is weak. Disadvantages) 1. The noise... There are frequent noises of loud horns from police cars and ambulances. This seems to be the same anywhere near Salzburg city, but... The tea noise is severe from the evening ㅠ I don't recommend it if you are awake. We are the type who sleeps once we fall asleep, and we fell asleep like fainting because we were tired from travel and slept well. 2. A gambling room next to the bakery on the first floor?? Cafe in the morning?? It seems to be running together, but in the evening everyone is playing cards. Like a gambling house, there are so many people, but the atmosphere was a bit scary. 3. It's cold. It was a little cold when I was sleeping because a rainstorm came in from the terrace side. If I go to Salzburg again, I'm willing to stay again! It was a very satisfying accommodation compared to what I was worried about. ^^

A perfect stay in Salzburg. The immigration formalities were short and easy. The location in the middle of the city is perfect! The building is not the newest, but the apartment was very nicely decorated and well maintained. We were greeted with Mozartkugeln The farewell was heartfelt! We will be back.
