M	Maryann Gibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in 2016 room was very small but clean. I loved the location right along the river for walking. But traffic was very noisy outside and disturbed sleeping
V	Violet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms, but pay attention: you can only check in until 18.00. We did not find this online and after delay and cancelling of trains, we found we could not spend the night there for the reception was closed, although we had called them when it became clear we wouldn't make it to the hotel before 23.00 (check-in time on the website). We ended up sleeping in a friendly woman's house that night. We did not receive our money back, but decided to try to sleep in the hotel one more time, and the room was fine.

However the rooms do need some updating, for example a coat of paint, more modern furniture, a minibar (my room didn't have one) and coffee preparation as standard (my room didn't have any). The bed was very comfortable and being on the top floor was nice - except when the lift was shut down when reception was closed.

When I showed up at 10pm nobody was at the desk and I needed to make a long distance phone call to talk to the office who informed me that they had hidden a room key for me. When I eventually got into my room, there were absolutely no blinds or curtains on the window, giving us no way to block the morning sun, or the light from all the street lamps from interfering with our sleep. Furthermore, the street it was on was incredibly loud and even with the window closed, the room was super noisy. I asked in the morning for curtains and the receptionist promised to get curtains installed in my room that day and it never ended up happening. The room was also not properly cleaned, wind some dirt on our bed, and dirty socks in the closet left behind by a previous guest. I wanted to give this place a good review, I had accidentally booked the hotel for the incorrect days, and only realized they day before I was supposed to show up in Salzburg and they were very kind to move my booking to the correct days when I asked. But given how bad everything else was, I just couldn’t justify it.
A	Aleksandar Pavlov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this hotel for 2 nights with my girlfriend and we were disappointed. For the price we paid we expect more. Hot water was missing, bed was disaster, it was noisy because the hotel is located on a Main Street with huge traffic. Never again.
G	Goran Glavaš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad hotel. The room was not clean, the mattress on the bed was super soft, very bad for the back. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken, and there was no remote for the TV (we looked thoroughly). Besides, our room was looking on the main avenue, so it was quite loud all night long. The parking (which they charge 10 euro) was in a super shabby back alley, and we couldn't help wondering of we'd find it in one piece next morning (fortunately, we did).
B	Balazs Koltai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Reception hardly occupied, not even in the communicated times, telephone support is useless. Elevator is out of order when staff is not present (cost-saving, remote emergency call forwarding is not installed, operation without staff is prohibited). Bathroom is worn-down and moldy, there was hardly any hot water in the evenings, just lukewarm. Parking is not guaranteed, if space is available at all it´s a spooky unprotected dark corner. Did not receive a proper invoice about parking upon request, just a fake piece of paper, pocketmoney for the staff... Cleaning not professional, there were empty beer bottles from previous guest. Above all a creepy place with unfriendly, non-caring, non-attentive staff. Not recommended at all.
M	Metodi Todorinov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks nice, quite cosy. We left our luggage in the room and in the evening discovered that there was no heating nor warm water. We told the receptionist the evening. The next morning the problem consisted and we wanted to leave the room. We were given a call by the manager and eventually got an upgrade in a near by hotel in the same group. So we were upgraded from 3 to 4 stars without paying additionally. And the next morning we haf breakfast. Definetely recommend!
