L	Lorna Spiteri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My next summer hostel is very comfortable and it is next to a train station. It is also next to the river so you will have an amazing view. Such an amazing place. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Salzburg.
r	rasmus åström on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave reviews or complain about my stay at hostels, but for the sake of my fellow travelers I feel impelled to write this review. My wife and I arrived yesterday. We had a fan in our room but even with a fan it was too hot and too loud for us to get any sleep at all and we decided that we had to stay somewhere else for our second night. I spoke to the front desk and even though I asked before the checkout time and even though I told him about how miserable we are as guests, he would not let us cancel our second night. I asked about the cancellation fee and after he spoke to his manager he told me that I still had to pay the full amount for the second night even if we're not staying at the hostel. I didn't feel any better about this place after going back to my room to get a cup of coffee and seeing that the cups were dirty. Might be hard to see on the picture but they have been rinsed at most, not washed. I recommend that you find another place to stay and even if it is a bit more expensive, I guarantee that it's worth the money.
M	Mamachelle P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel is in a perfect location for a summer visit to Salzburg. I was not here as a tourist this trip, it was for personal reasons. Sanja (sp?) and Ian were absolutely wonderful, and I must mention Ruth as well. They were compassionate and extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean, although the windows could use screens so that the dust and bugs wouldn't be so bad. No choice but to have the windows open in the summer. The bikes for rent are new and in perfect working condition. Coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Room had a kitchenette, and there is also a community kitchen. Anything I needed, I asked and poof it was there. I will be returning with family in late September, and was disappointed to find out we couldn't stay here, as it is a dormitory when University is in session. Highly recommended for a summer stay in beautiful Salzburg!

For example our room had a fridge and coffee machine but only two coffee capsules provided for a 4 day stay. Extra capsules could be purchased at reception. Some of the towels were changed once during our stay and there was no bathmat. No hairdryer or tv but wifi was good. Excellent shower and everything was clean

Rooms are neat and cozy with lot of storage space. Very near to train station. And not far from Altstadt. It has common kitchens on each floor, where you meet people from across the globe. A walk on the river from the hostel to Altstadt is very memorable.

It's possible to leave your luggage in a locked space, there is a kitchen/common space which enables great talks with people from around the world. Overall, very positive impression.
I	It's Annabel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful place to spend your summer holidays. The rooms are very clean and maintained. Our room had a beautiful view from the side of the river. The service was very nice and this hostel is more like a hotel. The price was very affordable but they don't offer breakfast here otherwise we had a great stay.
E	Emily Fintelman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful and friendly, although almost always busy with customers and there was only one person on at a time. The rooms were modern and had heaps of storage space (We stayed in two rooms - the twin was enormous compared to the double). Comfy mattresses and bedding!! The gym room has a good range of equipment. The cleaners do a terrible job. Our room had the remains of other people's food scraps in the fridge and dirty cups when we arrived and those things were not cleaned the entirety of our stay. The floors were obviously not being vacuumed and in general it was clean but not properly cleaned.
