k	kelvin kelvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Supposed to call the number and get the key sent, instead we have to go to the "star inn" to get the code. How to call them, if you travel without getting a phone card but only pocket wifi. Very inconvenient. Hotel staff kept on giving excuses.
A	Achintha Senanayake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was very new and we are really satisfied. Its just 5-10minutes walk from both old and new town. Bit costly,but its full value for money. Well secured and location is only accesible through mobile app.
B	Benjamin Atieku-Dzandu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Loft Collection offers decent accommodation. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. However, I am rating it a 3 star because they had only one toilet for a room which could fit 5-6 people. Aside that, it's in the center for town.
S	Steven Katz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of hotel is good. Rooms were clean and quiet. There is a refrigerator and microwave but no stove. Be aware that there is no real lobby and no human present when you check in. You check in through an ATM like machine. It is confusing to operate. If there is a problem you call a number and someone then will help. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced.
P	Popo H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date: 26/09/21 - 2 nights Online check in worked pretty well. Took some time to input your info into the auto check in machine. Wish the hotel could have just collected this info prior to arrival to save time. Room was nice & clean, facing the street but the double glazed window cancelled all the noise. Bed was super comfy! Great location. Sadly the hotel charged my credit card twice and took over 2 weeks to refund the fund back to my account. When refunded, the amount was less than what was agreed upon booking plus buffer in exchange rate .
G	Geevarghese GEORGE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check-in process is tricky. The machine was not responding so we had to call their partner hotel to fix the "bug" remotely. Nevertheless comfortable no-contact check-in. Optimal for short stays. Supreme apartment has lots of amenities including kettle coffee machine coffee pods dishwasher plates mugs cups etc. We tried online food-delivery one night and since there was no parking available in front of the hotel, we had to walk ~300m to collect our order.
R	Rebecca Penn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the hotel itself is pretty rudimentary. Not a lot of frills, but the best part about the hotel is the location. It's about 15 minutes walk from a shopping center which includes a Starbucks, a McDonald's, a Burger King, and a Dunkin' Donuts. Right across the street from the hotel is a great little coffee and bagel shop. It's within walking distance of the Mirabell Gardens as well. The other great thing about the hotel is that dogs are allowed so that was helpful for us.
