★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were satisfied from all aspects, but the main reason for giving such a high grade is the hotel team's attitude of providing advice and help on any topic, include topics which are not under the hotel's responsibility. Many hotels may provide such support, but the level of dedication and investment of time by this hotel's team were beyond anything I had seen before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed one night at this beautiful property. We really want to compliment Junior at Front desk who was phenomenal and set the great tone from the beginning. It was my birthday and we were tired from traveling, but after a super warm welcome we felt we were at the right place. His personality and smile made our stay wonderful regardless of one of the rudest bartenders we met at the Piano bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice gesture.. hotel is pretty nice and close to everything. As a titanium member they gave me a junior suite upgrade.. seen better rooms but overall everyone is friendly. Expensive parking though @ 19€ / night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk was excellent. Our room was very nice. The club lounge on our floor was clean and we love all the drink options including all the Red Bull flavors. We visited the piano bar in the evening and breakfast was stellar. We especially loved our server Cecilia. She is excellent. Great location not too far from city center and the central train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and we had an upgrade which means the room was great.
Breakfast was really good with a fresh section which the chef makes eggs ect.
The only downside was the club lounge which never really had much food available at all. I am not too sure if many people use this facility in the hotel but on our stay we had not much food available at all.
Parking is secure abs safe 19 euros per a day for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrific stay at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg. The moment we checked in, we could see that the hotel culture was truly, guest focused. Every interaction we had with the staff, they exuded a genuine warmth...from Larissa at check in, to Junior at checkout, to the charming Dragon (the bellman) from Croatia. The property is situated in a terrific location, very close to the Mirabell Gardens and adjoins a lovely park helping to create a very quiet atmosphere. The dining room has lovely greenery views of the park, terrific for starting your day while enjoying their outstanding breakfast buffet. Great for walking the wonderful city of Salzburg. The room was spotless and expect to get a great night sleep on the outstanding mattresses. Since we were arriving late we simply had dinner at the Italian restaurant on property, Taste.It and it hit the spot after a long day of travel.

Rooms were lovely, location is perfect, and the concierge found us the best dinner spot after we fell for one of the many Salzburg tourist traps. Staff were attentive and could not have been more helpful. Book and enjoy worry free.
Also, try the pool and spa next door! Nice spa and a silly fast lazy river our son loved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an Ambassador you have a certain expectation of a Sheraton. The Salzburg Sheraton was awesome. Nice greeting, great upgrade, lounge being available most of the day and very professional team were all highlights. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the railway station and also Into the old town. Well done, great room and very much enjoyed our stay.
