They went totally above and beyond the call of duty to help us The food is absolutely amazing with portions that would feed a whole family. I would highly recommend this hotel. Top marks

The staff was very friendly and the service was always fast. I would definitely recommend this as a place to spend a romantic or a family holiday. It’s wonderfully located within close proximity of the lake promenade and lots of bars and restaurants as well.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull all the time. The food is great and you dont leave the table hungry thats for sure. The town itself is very clean and beautiful, lots of things to do nearby and with the kaprun card you receive from the hotel you can do a lot of cool activities for free. We saved like 200 euros in total with this card. The person at the reception, i think claudia, is very friendly and always helpfull. Thanks for the friendliness and the good care.

Reception staff very helpful across all ranges of questions & it isnt any bother. They are pleased you take an interest in their resort. Hotel feels comfortable, homely but professionally run. Fresh cut flowers add to the relaxed feel. Our room was very clean & comfortable. It was rather hot by night over the heat wave when we were there. Constant hot water for showers & baths.

The spa area, the rooms, the dining area, breakfast and dinner and it's location beside the lake just tick every box for all kinds of guests. The staff are a credit to themselves and the hotel too. I would highly rate staying at this hotel ??

It is an excellently run hotel offering the Austrian/Tyrolean Style (that is becoming harder to find nowadays). The Staff/Management (from reception to restaurant to cleaning) are excellent! The food (superb breakfast buffet and evening meal ) is traditional with choices and top class. We normally visit during the Winter months but am sure a spring or Summer visit would be just as breath taking. Can not wait to return!!!
