A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauberes, großzügiges Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, gute Lage und netter Mitarbeiter*innen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden (wenn verfügbar), Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers, die nicht unbedingt bei allen zu Unannehmlichkeiten führen kann. Gerne wieder. Clean, spacious room, nice view, good location and nice staff. Parking is available (if available), breakfast is very sufficient. The only thing to complain about would be the clairaudience of the room, which doesn't necessarily lead to inconvenience for everyone. Gladly again.

The check-in is a big mess, be advised: there isn't a reception at the hotel (which they only tell you 1 day prior arrival by email), it's actually in another city. It took me 1h to finally talk to someone and have the check-in situation fixed; it had already ruined the stay for us. Btw, the emails they send you are all in German, too bad if you don't speak this language. The bedroom is very small, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the toilet paper is those brown ones like in public toilets, there's no soap to wash your hands. The breakfast is also at moat average, with bad quality bread. The wifi barely worked in our room (I suppose the modem was upstairs and we were given one of the poor rooms in the ground floor). And the cherry on the cake: the hotel is literally next to the rails, so you hear the trains passing inside you room, basically. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The heater it doesn’t work well and the water is super cold and I can’t even touch it rather than taking a shower. The temperature outside is 5 C. The guy from the reception was very understandable but the problem still not fixed yet and it’s been more than 5 hours. This is unacceptable.
R	Rory Oconnor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, close to Zell am See lake Only 5 min walk to the town. Rooms comfortable and clean, with views of the lake and mountains. B&B only, but plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
