M	Marjak R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Location good. Sauna ok. Buffet breakfast good. Room (for 3 person) on the main street side. Traffic noise. No balcony what we really needed.

The hotel is super central (2 min walk to gondola), the rooms tidy, there is a free sauna, a dry room for skiing equipment, and excellent, opulent breakfast included! Hans as a former skiing pro knows the region in and out, and is very helpful with planning trips.
H	HALIL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that the hotel building is very old, does not require the hotel to be so dirty. Reckless management. Roaring location not possible to sleep. The foot odor in the room shows the carpet hasn't been changed in years. The crackles of the wood floor board, no matter how slow you walk on, will wake up the other person in the room, as neighbors wake you up. Towels are really old-looking, no lake view but a wall view, breakfast buffet is tiny, the receptionist young lady gave me short-change.
P	Pascal Ramaekers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in the city center of Zell am See. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful in every way. The only minor disadvantage was that the rooms were a little bit noisy.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast We were a bit disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening. Every time we came back from the restaurant (hotel has No dinner), the bar was closed. We counted on being able to have a drink downstairs while the children were in their beds, but that was not possible.

We had a decent sized room with en-suite and balcony. Thankfully a fan was available to cool us down. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The breakfast is very good with lots of variety on offer. Staff are very helpful. Matress was a bit soft for my liking but I would definitely come back!

The room we occupied was big enough for a family of 2 adults and two children, assuming each parent co-sleeps with a child. The breakfast was great, better than in any American hotels, but typical for a good European hotel.
