E	E Alshehhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location very friendly staff expect two men waiters at the restaurant ( the man served us in the dinner yelled at my child and was unfriendly with us , he is wearing eyeglasses ) and the other man in breakfast was ignoring us and did not want to serve us at all ,, he was an bold man The breakfast buffets have many varieties The chef who making the omelet very friendly I would to give big thanks to man with black suit who offered us the biggest table for dinner The hotel not a partner with zell am see card

I informed them twice in different day. No one carried. I booked two rooms for three of us me and my wife and my daughter when I first got to the front desk they charged me 225 uro because I made a mistake while booking I wrote we are two in staid of three people but I booked two rooms since we are a family and all king size beds. Breakfast is good The hotel views are very good.. I recommend people especially Gulf regions to rent close to the lake apartments or in a different hotels a lot cheaper and stay water front with all the respective. Thanks a lot

Location is wonderful with a very efficient bus surplice to slopes. Travelled.in a family of 4 with 2 kids who also loved pool and spa. Would definitely return.

Excellent staff, food is superb have had breakfast and dinner and looking forward to spa and the rest of the week. Stunning location and walking distance to gondola (also courtesy bus from hotel)
