O	Oliver Albert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei Fullies gemietet. So gut wie keine Einweisung. Fahrräder in schlechtem Zustand (knapp 1600km auf der Uhr). Sattel ohne Werkzeug nicht verstellbar. Hintere Umwerfer arbeiten unsauber. Final an einem brachen am vorderen Zahnrad Zähne, am anderen waren diese ausgeschlagen und verbogen. Zum Schluss musste geschoben werden. Die Reklamation wurde mit einem „ui, das ist aber ungewöhnlich!“ quittiert. Rented two fullies. Almost no instruction. Bicycles in bad condition (almost 1600km on the clock). Saddle cannot be adjusted without tools. Rear derailleurs are not working properly. In the end, teeth broke on one of the front gearwheels, on the other they were knocked out and bent. In the end it had to be pushed. The complaint was acknowledged with a “ui, but that's unusual!”.
M	Mittelsachsen Caravan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hier nur drei Sterne. 45 Euro pro Tag für ein zwar gutes E-Mountainbike sind eher Hochpreisig, da fallen die 2 Euro Rabatt für die Vorlage der Achenseekarte auch nicht ins Gewicht. Hier lohnt sich der Preis/Leistungsvergleich im Ort! Unfortunately only three stars here. 45 euros per day for a good e-mountain bike is rather high-priced, so the 2 euros discount for presenting the Achensee card does not matter. The price / performance comparison in town is worthwhile here!
A	Arno Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher Service aber die E Bikes sind nicht ziemlich schlecht. Wir haben Kettler Tourenräder bekommen da keine MTB mehr verfügbar waren. Damit konnten wir nur noch einfache Touren machen. Davon gibt es aber reichlich. Aber die Räder waren auch dafür viel zu klapprig (Tiefrahmen!) Zudem waren die Gabellager ausgeschlagen. Bergab fühlte man sich sehr unsicher. Friendly service but the e bikes aren't that bad. We got Kettler touring bikes because there were no longer any MTBs available. With that we could only do simple tours. But there are plenty of them. But the wheels were much too rickety for that (low frame!) In addition, the fork bearings were worn out. Downhill you felt very unsafe.
