M	Martijn Westhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selling advice, but after sales is terrible. Bought a board last year, had it serviced on the last day, So i could start right off this year. But unfortunately a screw came off in the First 2 hours and lost a lip of the binding. I had it fixed at the nearest service point, So i could continue my day. At the end of the day i went back to the intersport where i bought my board and confronted them about what happend. They said it wasn’t there problem and i could happen any time. I agree that screws can come loose at a certain moment, but not after just 2 hours. They still dindt care and kept in saying that is wasn’t there problem. Too bad that don’t care about you anymore after you spend your money.
F	Florian Pyttel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was deeply disappointed from the service as well as the rented ski. - no advice at all in regards to the choice of ski - the reservation number was not enough in order to access the ski in the store, which resulted in higher cost - the premium ski shown on the homepage were far off the ski handed out in store, which were more in the basic section - finally, I paid €30 (instead of €34, because I was named a good guy) additional service charge, because of a few, minor scratches, which appear if you use a ski on the slopes Only positiv point is the location, next to the lift. However, all in all, I can recommend to rent your ski at any other place than that!

Instead they just say you should buy your own stuff when you're not happy with the boots they give you. Also charge you more money then you've reserved your skis for. Just don't go here to avoid your holiday starting aweful. Won't go there again as it was a very bad start for my own holiday.
C	Claus Elming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super shop. Great service. Great people. Great selection of skis and boots. Heated lockers available for skis, boots etc. after skiiing. Very nice in the morning to step into warm boots. Always helpful staff. Good with both adults and kids.

The team was rude with us, declined to provide a service after the check-in without explanation. They teased us and made fun of the situation – “if you don’t like the service – go out and take another ski rent”. ?
R	Roderik Putker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude dude behind the servicing counter. Said I needed a whole new strap while it was easily fixed. Just needed a little hand and some tools. Would’ve happily paid €10 for a 1 minute fix. That extremely ugly little boy charged €20 more for rental skis at the beginning of the week too. He didn’t realize someone from our group rented exactly the same gear. I would cringe having to pay personnel like this.
N	Nico Lerch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We‘ve rented 7 bikes for a day trip. One of us suggested to the clerk that his breaks were weak. The guy said they‘d all have been checked before and it‘d be ok. We went on the tour and my friend and 3 others had serious issues with their breaks. When we came back we were asked by a new store clerk if everything went smoothly. We mentioned the breaking Problems with our rental bikes. He became rude quickly telling us we didn’t know what we were talking about. Fact is the breaks of most of our bikes were not fit for rental. One star is still too much for this experience.

I bought one a couple of days before and new that they have more. The service guy was not listening to me, was not trying to understand what I need. He started to spin my board around looking on other parts of the binding. When I stopped him and repeated that I need just a buckle he said that we do not have one and your board is too old. I knew for sure that they have them in the box I saw that few days ago. He was not even bothering himself to check that box with spare parts. That is why I have to left that shop without what I needed.
