Als wir es abholen wollten wurde und gesagt, dass sie das Fahrad entsorgt haben. Absolute Frechheit fremdes Eigentum einfach zu entsorgen. Die sehen uns NIE Wieder! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!! Bike brought up for a quote because it was an insured event took longer. When we tried to pick it up it was said that they had disposed of the bike. Absolute impudence easy to dispose of foreign property. They will never see us again! Not recommendable!!!!!!!

Durfte mit Freude feststellen, dass es im Fahrradbereich noch Verkäufer gibt, die enormes Fachwissen und Freude zum Job mitbringen und nicht nur die Farbe der Fahrräder erraten können (Her..., Gig...ort,usw.) Wer auf Beratung vertraut ist hier jedenfalls richtig. Here you will be helped? A	Achim Wolf (Bergeleo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin am zweiten Tag meines Fahrradurlaubes am 13.7.21 um kurz nach 12:ooh durch Zufall an dem Geschäft vorbeigekommen. An meinem Rad war das komplette Lenkerbedienteil für Motor und Navi ausgefallen. Nach einem Blick in´s Lager kam der Mitarbeiter nach zwei Minuten mit dem entsprechenden Ersatzteil wieder. Auf meine Frage, ob er er es auch noch anbauen könne, bekam ich ein klares ja. Nach weniger als 30 Minuten konnte ich meinen Urlaub wieder voll genießen. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank für die sehr schnelle und kompetente Hilfe zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Wären mehr Sterne möglich, ich würde immer volle Punktzahl geben. PS. Mir wurde noch angeboten, sollte es nicht zu 100 % funktionieren, könne ich gerne noch einmal zu einem Update vorbeikommen. War nicht nötig, hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.
