★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Unterkunft am Achensee! Die gesamte Gastgeber-Familie (Eltern und Söhne) sind immer hilfsbereit und stehen mit sehr guten Tipps für Schön- und Schlechtwetter parat. Riesiger In- und Outdoorbereich, das Seeufer einmal um die Straße, das Frühstücksbuffet toll, eine Großküche die privat zum Kochen verwendet wenn kann...Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Und die Gegend um den Achensee sowieso empfehlenswert, weil sehr abwechslungsreich.
 Super accommodation at Lake Achensee! The entire host family (parents and sons) are always helpful and ready with very good tips for good and bad weather. Huge indoor and outdoor area, the lakeshore around the street, the breakfast buffet great, a large kitchen that can be used for private cooking if needed ... Nothing was missing. And the area around Achensee is recommended anyway, because it is very varied.

Per gli italiani informo che i proprietari parlano molto bene l'italiano. La casa e circondata di molte attrazioni di divertimento. Concludo. Consiglio a tutti di fare una nuova esperienza in questa casa. Bella molto bella.
Simple but very nice and welcoming place to spend a few days relaxing. Excellent service. Owners of the house very kind and friendly. For Italians I inform that the owners speak Italian very well. The house is surrounded by many fun attractions. I conclude. I recommend everyone to have a new experience in this house. Beautiful very beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordentlicher Preis für relativ wenig Leistung... und einen nächtlichen Feueralarm gabs noch obendrauf.
Unsere Gruppenreise mit dem Tauchverein kann ich leider nicht als angenehm verbuchen. 50€ p.P und Nacht im (sehr kleinen) Doppelzimmer und ohne Frühstück. Zusätzlich
Müllentsorgungsgebühren, Stromabrechnung für die Gruppennutzungen, Küche putzen etc... Wenn wir uns nicht im Preis verschaut hätten, wären wir mit Sicherheit woanders gelandet... Vorab wurde uns zudem als Tauchverein die Nutzung eine Kompressors zum Flaschenfüllen zugesagt, der dann leider gar nicht vorhanden war...
Als kleinen Bonus gab es in der Nacht zum Samstag noch über 20 Minuten Feueralarm um 1:30 Uhr, der sich als Fehlfunktion der Anlage herausstellte und durch die Belegschaft "leider" nicht zeitnah behoben werden konnte. Die Nacht war dadurch gelaufen - besonders für die Familien mit Kindern... Mehr als ein freundliches Bedauern gab es vom Haus auch nicht zu dieser Sondereinlage. Insgesamt sehr schade, eine solche Erfahrung machen zu müssen.

Unfortunately, I cannot book our group trip with the diving club as pleasant. 50 € per person and night in a (very small) double room and without breakfast. Additionally
Garbage disposal fees, electricity bill for group use, cleaning the kitchen etc ... If we hadn't looked at the price, we would have ended up somewhere else for sure ... As a diving club, we were also promised in advance that we would use a compressor to fill the bottle, which unfortunately didn't was present...
As a small bonus there was a fire alarm for over 20 minutes on Saturday night at 1:30 am, which turned out to be a malfunction of the system and "unfortunately" could not be remedied promptly by the staff. The night was over - especially for the families with children ... There was nothing more than a friendly regret from the house about this special contribution. Overall, a shame to have to have such an experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches, familienfreundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wird bei allen Freizeitfragen Hilfestellung gegeben.
Nachdem der Chef mitbekommen hat das unsere Kleine gerne Hafermilch trinkt, stand die am nächsten Tag gleich beim Frühstück bereit.
Frühstück ist lecker mit regionalen Produkten und teilweise direkt vom Bauern nebenan.
Lage ist top. Direkt am See und zu sämtlichen Aktivitäten ist es nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. ?
Very friendly, family-friendly and courteous staff. Help is given with all leisure-time issues.
After the boss noticed that our little one likes to drink oat milk, it was ready for breakfast the next day.
Breakfast is delicious with regional products and partly directly from the farmer next door.
Location is great. Right on the lake and all activities are only a stone's throw away. ?

Wir hatten ein neues Zimmer und waren zufrieden. Frühstück war super und die Gastgeberfamilie total nett. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise aber das Hotel war perfekt dafür, da wir kein Schwimmbad oder ähnliches gebraucht haben.
Kann man sehr empfehlen.
Very nice hotel with very nice hosts.
We had a new room and were satisfied. Breakfast was great and the host family was really nice. We were just passing through, but the hotel was perfect for that, as we didn't need a swimming pool or anything like that.
I can recommend it very much.

Rooms are neatly maintained
Hygiene is maintained
Breakfast buffet is perfect, mozarella with tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinegar was the Highlight ! Everyone liked to eat it.
The owners of the hotel were really friendly. They were always there to help.
They stayed in the breakfast hall everyday and refilled every plate and bowl immediately. They wished good morning with a smile in the mornings and good night in the evening!
The location is great, located beside the lake in the mountains, perfect for summers and just beside a sking mountain, also optimum for winter.
The place has many common areas to chit chat, play cars, watch movies, watch tv, also common refrigerator for guests. Drinks are all over the place, coffee is free all the time! Lot of perks for ok price! Highly recommended. Would visit again!
