★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here! When it comes to renting, the guys are corrupt. A friend of mine accidently damaged his board and the owner of the shop tried to rip him off. He even tried to intimidate us by calling te cops. The owner and the cops made some sort of shady deal and eventualy my friend had to pay a rediculous amount of money for the damage...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 boards repaired overnight here.
The first on Saturday night was available for pickup at Zillertal Arena but we were going to Mayrhofen. We had to go out of our way to pickup the board.
The second board was given on Wednesday and we were told it would be available at Zillertal Arena, which wasn't a surprise this time. Arrived in the morning to be told they did not know where the board was but we could get a hire board as a replacement till lunch. By 4 o clock they had magically found the board. I'm certain they over booked the repairs over night and simple didn't want to give the board back without the repairs and a refund. Either way they are either incompetent or liars.
This is not the first time Intersport have 'lost' our snowboards when we were due to pick them up. In 2020 it's happened to 5 snowboards so far when we have put them in for overnight repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !! What a TERRIBLE service at this shop. They gave me an e-bike I can not charge. So I had to go back to the shop after lunch. No excuses or an alternative. No it was my problem???? Unbelievable. So my biking day stops at 15.30 instead 17.00 where I paid for. Crooks (gauner)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we rented 4 mountainbikes. After about 10 km I had my doubts on the back brake. The brake only worked after pressing the handle half way. Nevertheless I continued the ride, trusting that it would not get worse. However, downhill Penken Bergstation (2000m), the brake stopped functioning. Meaning, I had to continue the downhill ride with only a front brake. Very dangerous. Another of the 4 bikes had same type of trouble. Luckily we reached the Intersport office safely.
The employee hardly took notice of my complaints about the quality how the bike was delivered to me. He mentioned that I was tall. That could have been the reason. The oil reservoirs can get empty, that's life. Take it or leave it. What a nonsense! Indeed, I am tall (1.98m), but only weigh 90kg. If the bike cannot take my weight, than you should not rent it. Again I mentioned that he should make sure that bikes are carefully checked before delivering it to a client. Brakes of a mountainbike should be reliable in a region full of mountains. Again.... hardly any notice. No sorry, no admission that something could have been better.
I am really not looking for re-imbursement, but notification of complaints and saying sorry is what at least could have been offered.
Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a pair of snowboard boots, skiboots, a new helmet and some gloves here, and received excellent service and advice. The boot fitting facilities here are especially good. I’m more than happy about the price we paid and can recommend this shop wholeheartedly.
