★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main sports equipment rental and purchasing store at Hochzillertal, Kaltenbach. Check-in with the identity details can be done at the computerized screens. Pretty huge store with a lot of equipment of varying price range. Right beside the main cash counter of the ski-lift. Really friendly staff who give personal attention to every single detail while recommending equipment to be bought or rented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented skis for 4 days, and I immediately started to notice that they were not properly waxed. They were dragging instead of sliding and snow was getting stuck (see photo).
When I complained I didn't even recieved an apology, the employee was all the time saying "wow, so mysterious, never happened before". They even still had snow stuck when I returned them! Not even a simple "sorry" from them.
I do not recommend, renting from them may result in a fall due to improperly maintained equipment.
