 Soo nice new business premises, the assortment is always top anyway. Have EVERYTHING and the older saleswomen top expertise and really very friendly. I like to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin beim letzten Mal vom Geschäftsführer/Besitzer persönlich betreut worden. Hat nicht gegrüßt, war insgesamt unhöflich, herablassend und patzig. Dass er MitarbeiterInnen mit den Worten "Die haben ja alle keine Ahnung." beschrieben hat, reichte mir soweit, dass ich diesen Laden sicher nicht mehr betrete. Große Ketten wie MediaMarkt sind mir nicht sehr sympathisch, solche Fehltritte wie bei Redl Glas hab ich aber dort noch nie erleben müssen. Händler wie diese brauchen nicht jammern, dass das Geschäft ausbleibt; die machen sich solche Probleme selbst.
I was looked after personally by the manager/owner last time. Didn't greet, was overall rude, condescending and snotty. That he greeted employees with the words "They all have no idea." described was enough for me to definitely not enter this store again. I don't really like big chains like MediaMarkt, but I've never had to experience such missteps as with Redl Glas. Merchants like these don't need to whine about the lack of business; they make their own problems.
