★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute einen neu gekauften Kaffeevollautomaten zurückgebracht, da er bereits nach einer Woche Probleme machte.
Bei der Warenanahne war eine junge, sehr freundliche, kompetente Angestellte und uns wurde der Verkaufspreis wieder ausbezahlt.
Da wir aber wieder einen kaufen wollten, gingen wir in die Abteilung um uns wegen einem anderen Modell beraten zu lassen.
Auch dort eine junge Angestellte.
Diese war jedoch derartig inkompetent und unwillig, dass wir uns entschieden haben wo anders zu kaufen.
Ich muss ehrlich sagen, so etwas ist mir noch nie bei einem Mediamarkt untergekommen.
Bisher wurde ich immer sehr gut und kompetent beraten.
Auch von sehr jungen Verkäufern, denn Kompetenz ist keine Frage des Alters.
 We brought back a newly bought fully automatic coffee machine today because it was already having problems after a week.
When the goods were delivered, there was a young, very friendly, competent employee and the sales price was paid back to us.
But since we wanted to buy another one, we went to the department for advice on another model.
A young employee there too.
However, they were so incompetent and unwilling that we decided to buy elsewhere.
I have to be honest, I've never come across anything like this at a media market.
So far I have always received very good and competent advice.
Even from very young salespeople, because competence is not a question of age.
