Dem 2. Techniker muss man ein Lob aussprechen. Techniker benötigte 4 Versuche den Kühlschrank zu reparieren. Dauer der Reparatur 4 Wochen. Erst der 2. Techniker schaffte es das Gerät in Stand zu setzen. (Dauer ca. 1/2h ). Verrechnet wird jedoch der 1. Techniker der 75min brauchte und das Gerät nicht reparieren konnte. Summary: customer service rude, technician incompetent + rude (1st technician), overpriced. Invoice was sent before the device was repaired. The 2nd technician has to be praised. Technician took 4 attempts to repair the refrigerator. Repairs take 4 weeks. It was only the second technician who was able to repair the device. (Duration approx. 1 / 2h). However, the first technician who took 75 minutes and could not repair the device will be charged.

Der Junior Chef erklärte mir das Teil Kostet NEU 170€ daher gibt es wichtigere Geräte (Teurere) die Vorrang haben!! 1 star is too much for this company. T	Theresa Riegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht. Erster Techniker war sehr freundlich und bemüht und erkannte das Problem. Ersatzteile wurden bestellt. Der zweite Techniker kam, war extrem unfreundlich, sagte die Waschmaschine sei aufgrund eines Haares (!!!) undicht und verließ das Haus ohne etwas zu unternehmen. Im Endeffekt rinnt die Waschmaschine noch immer, echt eine miese Behandlung, bin sehr unzufrieden und kann den Kundendienst keinesfalls weiterempfehlen Very disappointed. First technician was very friendly and tried hard and recognized the problem. Spare parts were ordered. The second technician came, was extremely rude, said the washing machine was leaking because of a hair (!!!) and left the house without doing anything. In the end, the washing machine is still running, really a lousy treatment, I'm very dissatisfied and can not recommend the customer service

Techniker war sehr freundlich und konnte die defekte Herdplatte rasch reparieren. Gerne wieder! The spare parts for the Elektra Bregenz hob were delivered within a week. Technician was very friendly and was able to repair the broken stove quickly. Gladly again!

Frager auf und bereits am Telefon wurden mir Tipps zur Lösung des Problems bzw. Behebung gegeben. Kostenlos! Da ich das Problem leider nicht lösen konnte, kam kurze Zeit später der Techniker vorbei und inspizierte das Gerät in kürzester Zeit und erklärte den Fehler und das kaputte Teil. Nach einem günstigen Kostenvoranschlag zur Reparatur (geringe AZ, Materialkosten überschaubar) entschieden wir uns aber trotzdem für ein Neugerät welches wir auch bei der Fa.Fragner kauften. Es war inkl. aller Leistungen ( Fehleranalyse Altgerät, KV Rep, Lieferung und Einbau NG, Entsorgung AG) billiger als bei einem Media Markt oder wie sie alle heißen! Termingenau kam der wirklich nette und kompetente Techniker wieder und erledigte alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Wir werden Fa. Fragner sicher wieder kontaktieren, sollten wir Probleme mit Haushaltsgeräten haben! We had a 15 year old dishwasher that suddenly stopped working. After a favorable cost estimate for the repair (low AZ, material costs manageable) we nevertheless decided on a new device which we also bought from the company Fragner. It was including all services (fault analysis of old equipment, KV Rep, delivery and installation NG, Disposal AG) cheaper than at a Media Markt or whatever they are called! The really nice and competent technician came back on schedule and did everything to our complete satisfaction! We will definitely contact Fragner again if we have problems with household appliances!

Termin war dann kurzfristig möglich. Monteur war pünktlich. Sehr kompetent, freundlich und schnell. Tausch einer Platine beim BORA Kochfeld war in 15 min erledigt. C	C M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Kundenservice! Diese Firma versucht wirklich, dem Kunden weiterzuhelfen, und schickt nicht gleich mal den Techniker los, um "abzucashen"! Es wurde mir ein Tipp gegeben wie ich das Problem ev. alleine lösen kann, und somit habe ich mir eine teure Reparatur bzw. einen teuren Technikerbesuch vor Ort erspart! Und das sogar, obwohl ich das Gerät nicht bei der Firma Fragner gekauft haben (die Firma Fragner fungiert als Kundenservicestelle für Liebherr, auch für Geräte, die nicht dort erworben wurden). Wirklich top! Top customer service! This company really tries to help the customer and doesn't even send the technician out to "cash out"! I was given a tip on how I can possibly solve the problem on my own, and thus I have saved myself an expensive repair or an expensive technician visit on site! And even though I did not buy the device from Fragner (Fragner acts as a customer service point for Liebherr, even for devices that were not purchased there). Really great!
