Die Atmosphäre, welche Herr Kastner und sein Kollege verbreiten ist Balsam in einer nur mehr auf Profit ausgelegten Konsumwelt. Hier hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass es nur mehr ums Geld geht. Elektra Landeshauptstadt von Vorarlberg gemacht habe (bei einer zerbröselte nach 9 Monaten das Gegengewicht aus Beton, bei der Zweiten war nach etwas mehr als zwei Jahren der Antrieb kaputt was zu raketenlautstarken Schleudergängen geführt hat!!) habe ich mich für eine Miele entschieden! Die Beratung war sehr freundlich, mir wurde alles bestens erklärt. Das Gerät wurde nach nur einer Woche pünktlichst geliefert und montiert und mir noch einmal alles gezeigt. Ganz toller Service, kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen und die Waschleistung meines neuen Geräts ist unvergleichbar! Nein, es ist ein privates Unternehmen, das zusammenarbeitet und Geräte weiterverkauft. Aber da steht in Großbuchstaben Miele drin ist alles Miele. Sie wollten mir nicht helfen, weil ich das Gerät bei der Konkurrenz gekauft habe (verstehe ich vollkommen), aber dieses große Schild und alles voll mit Miele-Geräten, man denkt, es ist ein Geschäft, das von Miele eröffnet wurde. Wir haben dort unseren ersten Trockner gekauft und er hat 9 Jahre gehalten, zwei kleine Kinder konnten drei Tage lang trocknen. Tolles Gerät und jetzt haben wir noch eins gekauft. (Leider bei der Konkurrenz ) über Ausdauer sind die besten Geräte I was convinced, but 100 percent convinced, that this was Miele's showroom. So Miele has its own shop. No, it is a private company that works together and resells devices. But it says Miele in capital letters, everything is Miele. They didn't want to help me because I bought the appliance from the competition (I totally get it) but that big sign and everything covered with Miele appliances, you think it's a store opened by Miele. We bought our first dryer there and it lasted 9 years, two small kids could dry for 3 days. Great device and now we have bought another one. (Unfortunately with the competition) about endurance are the best devices
