Habe eine Mail gesendet bzgl. meines Problems, da habe ich eine Antwort bekommen, aber auf meine zweite Anfrage wurde mir nichtmal zurückgeschrieben. Als langjähriger Kunde und bei der Summe an Geld welches ich und auch viele meiner Kunden liegen lassen haben bei eich könnte man etwas Kulanter umgehen.
In Zukunft bestelle ich keine Pcs bzw. Pc Teile mehr über E Tec sondern Online.
 Unsatisfied with service and advice.
I sent an email regarding my problem, I got an answer, but my second request wasn't even written back to me. As a long-standing customer and with the amount of money that I and many of my customers have left with eich, you could avoid a little more courtesy.
In the future I will no longer order Pcs or Pc parts via E Tec, but online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durchschnittlicher Fachhändler. Mitarbeiter sind bemüht aber nicht immer am aktuellsten Stand. Es gibt aber nichts auszusetzen, da die Beratung sehr vielfältig und spezifisch ist. Man kann natürlich nicht alles wissen. Auch die Zentrale ist nicht immer auf dem laufenden. Es hat sich bestätigt, das die Zentrale am Geschäft gar nicht interessiert.
Kaufe dort nichts mehr.
Habe dort ein One Plus Handy gekauft und noch extra gefragt ob es eine eigene E-Mail Adresse hat, unabhängig von Gmail.
Wurde mit ja beantwortet. Handy bekommen eingestellt und wollte die E-Mail installieren was natürlich nicht gegangen ist. Nur die Gmail.
Handy wieder auf Neuzustand gebracht und mit der Begründung zurück gegeben dass, das Handy keine eigene E-Mail Adresse hat. Der Berater dort probierte es auch, hattet auch keinen Erfolg, daher das neue Handy zurück gegeben. Wurde in die Zentrale zurück geschickt.
Jetzt kommt der Hammer.Nach 14Tagen bekomme ich das Handy wieder zurück mit der Bemerkung dass es schon gebraucht ist. Beschwerde eingelegt, war umsonst. Hab das Handy dann privat verkauft. € 300,00 dabei verloren. Schlechte Erfahrung mit e-tec gemacht. Nie wieder kaufe ich dort.
Average retailer. Employees make an effort but are not always up to date. But there is nothing to complain about, as the advice is very diverse and specific. Of course you can't know everything. Even the head office is not always up to date. It has been confirmed that the head office is not interested in the business at all.
Don't buy anything there anymore.
I bought a One Plus cell phone there and asked if it had its own email address, independent of Gmail.
Was answered with yes. Cell phone got set and wanted to install the e-mail which of course didn't work. Gmail only.
Cell phone brought back to new condition and returned with the reason that the cell phone does not have its own e-mail address. The consultant there also tried it, had no success either, so the new cell phone was returned. Was sent back to headquarters.
Now comes the hammer. After 14 days I get the cell phone back with the comment that it has already been used. Complaint was in vain. I then sold the phone privately. € 300.00 lost in the process. Bad experience with e-tec. I will never buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay way from this store. If possible, buy goods from amazon. Even though, the product is expensive.
I return the product within 14 days of return policy time. Still they gave me only 90% money return and 10% they deduct for just opening the product and testing it. (They said Product has some scratches) However, its not true, i even kept the plastic foil on the card.
On the top, 90% of the money they did not want to refund. Instead, they gave me a store coupon. Lets assume, you bought a 1500 Euro PC.
I approach the Austrian Konsumentenschutz. I got my money back.
If you are in the same situation, then contacting them.
Regional kaufen is a joke. Each time I tried to buy something regional, I had a bad experience.
We as a consumer should think regional and help local business and so on. In retune, Local business just want to wipe us out.
