Ablauf Lieferung Ware und Preis und Einbaumontage alles lief perfect. Fa.Selfmadeglas kann nur bestens empfohlen werden.Vor allem da sehr sauber gearbeitet wurde. In der Rechnung wurde die Lieferung (unverbindlich) mit spätestens 27.12.20 angekündigt. Aus 3 Wochen wurden mit heute 7 und ich habe meine 08-15 Glasplatte immer noch nicht erhalten. Ich habe heute erstmalig mit dem Unternehmen Kontakt aufgenommen, um den Stand der Dinge zu erfahren. In den vergangenen 7 Wochen fand leider keiner der Mitarbeiter Zeit für eine simple Mail an mich. Absolut schlechter Service. Die Glasplatte ist mir zwischenzeitlich komplett egal und auch wie sie dann ausschaut. Einfach zu viel Ärger für wenig Geld. ABSOLUT KEINE EMPFEHLUNG! I used the glass design in the online shop. A safety glass plate with 70x90cm, no frills - ordered and paid for on December 6th, 2020. The delivery was announced in the invoice (non-binding) no later than December 27, 2020. 3 weeks became 7 today and I still haven't received my 08-15 glass plate. I contacted the company for the first time today to find out how things were going. In the past 7 weeks, unfortunately, none of the employees found time for a simple email to me. Absolutely bad service. In the meantime, I don't care about the glass plate or what it looks like. Too much trouble for little money. ABSOLUTELY NO RECOMMENDATION!

Konnte Produkt nicht abholen und standt vor verschlossenen Türen, weil trotz Aussage "bis 15 Uhr ist Lager besetzt" keiner mehr vor Ort war. Mal umsonst 2 Gleitzeitstunden verpulvert. Angebotene Zustellung am nächsten Tag wurde ohne Meldung oder Information nicht durchgeführt. Jetzt kann ich mich wieder darum kümmern die Ware zu bekommen. Viel zu viel Aufwand und Nerven für eine einfache Glasscheibe. Product takes longer than stated. The price is 20% higher than at the "local glazier". Couldn't pick up the product and was standing in front of closed doors because, despite the statement "warehouse is occupied until 3 p.m.", no one was on site. Wasted 2 hours of flextime for nothing. Offered delivery next day was not carried out without notification or information. Now I can take care of getting the goods again. Far too much effort and nerves for a simple pane of glass.
