Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, wenn es um Elektronik geht. The negative reviews, I can not understand. Was always very friendly and competent advice. A	Anna Schütz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Kauf mehrerer elektronischer Geräte (Waschmaschine, Kühlkombination und Herd) und deren Montage durch die Firma Wrann (war selbstverständlich extra zu zahlen) war die Backofenleuchte nach nicht einmal einer Betriebsstunde defekt. Die Anfrage bei der Firma, ob sie sich darum kümmern würde, wurde mit der Begründung, was man sich als Kunde vorstelle, für so etwas wären sie nicht da! abgewimmelt. Die Firma Wrann war auch nicht bereit, eine Ersatzbirne zu schicken, die koste ja eh’ nur zwei oder drei Euro, war die Antwort. Die Ersatzbirne mussten wir bei ÖBAU Moser bestellen, sie kostete 19 Euro. Dabei stellte sich auch heraus, dass die von der Fa Wrann gelieferte und montierte Birne nicht backofentauglich war. Das Kundenservice der Fa Wrann ist enttäuschend!! After buying several electronic devices (washing machine, fridge-freezer and stove) and assembling them by the Wrann company (of course you had to pay extra), the oven light was broken after less than an hour of operation. The request to the company, whether they would take care of it, was based on the reason, what you imagine as a customer, they would not be there for something like that! washed away. The Wrann company was also not willing to send a replacement bulb, which cost only two or three euros anyway, was the answer. We had to order the replacement bulb from ÖBAU Moser, it cost 19 euros. It also turned out that the pear supplied and assembled by Wrann was not suitable for the oven. Wrann customer service is disappointing !!

Selbst bei trivialen Anliegen, wie etwa einem Verbindungskabel von einem portablen DVD-Gerät zu einem LED-Fernseher, obwohl ich beide Geräte nicht hier gekauft hatte. Toll! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: Top! Wenn ich bedenke, dass ich, als ich zuerst bei einem der großen Märkte auf einen Mitarbeiter stieß, der keine Ahnung hatte, mir aber etwas angeraten hätte, das dann nicht funktioniert hätte, kann es noch so billig sein: ich hätte Zusatzausgaben bzw. Aufwände leisten müssen! Fazit: besser beim "kleinen" Geschäft mit guter Beratung kaufen, als bei den großen Märkten mit ahnungslosen Pseudo"experten". Service: great! Advice: the boss always takes the time to give comprehensive advice. Even with trivial issues, such as a connection cable from a portable DVD device to an LED television, even though I hadn't bought both devices here. Great! Price / performance ratio: Top! When I consider that when I first came across an employee at one of the large markets who had no idea, but would have advised me something that would not have worked, it can still be cheap: I would have additional expenses or expenses have to afford! Conclusion: better to buy from the "small" store with good advice than from the large markets with unsuspecting pseudo "experts".
