★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mir wenige Tage zuvor einen Gürtel gekauft, welcher dann leider zu breit für die Schlaufen der Anzugshose war. Wollte diesen zurückgeben - kein Umtausch möglich, da ich das Ettikett mit dem Preisschild bereits entfernt hatte (Rechnung vorhanden!)
Nach der Frage ob es nicht trotzdem möglich wäre den Gürtel umzutauschen wurde die Verkäuferin ausfällig und ich zitiere: "Ist das Ihr ernst junger Mann, wollens mich verarschen, wahrscheinlich habens den Gürtel getragen und brauchen ihn jetzt nicht mehr" war die Antwort die ich bekam auf die abermalige Frage ob es denn nicht doch möglich wäre besagten Gürtel umzutauschen wenn nur das Etikett fehle.
Die Auswahl war leider vor wenigen Tagen gering, ich hatte die Anzughose nicht mit und brauchte noch in letzter Minute einen Gürtel, deshalb fiel die Wahl überhaupt auf diesen und auf Reno als Geschäft. Das Verhalten der Verkäuferin ist einfach nur eine Frechheit
I had bought a belt a few days earlier, which unfortunately was too wide for the loops of the suit trousers. Wanted to return it - no exchange possible, as I had already removed the label with the price tag (invoice available!)
After the question whether it would still be possible to exchange the belt, the saleswoman was abusive and I quote: "Are you serious young man, you want to kid me, you probably wore the belt and don't need it anymore" was the answer I got to the repeated question whether it would not be possible to exchange said belt if only the label was missing.
Unfortunately, the selection was limited a few days ago, I didn't have the suit trousers with me and needed a belt at the last minute, so the choice fell on this one and on Reno as a business. The behavior of the saleswoman is just a cheek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann um 18:54 nichts mehr kaufen nicht mal ein Spray. Die Verkäuferinnen lassen einem nicht rein. Sollte bis 19 Uhr geöffnet haben. Zum Glück hab ich da eh noch nie was gekauft.
You can not buy anything at 18:54, not even a spray. The saleswomen do not let you in. Should be open until 19 o'clock. Luckily I have never bought anything there anyway.
