Die Filiale ist optisch zwar nicht die tollste aber vom Service können/sollten sich andere Hair Fair Standorte hier einiges abschauen! Danke :) Get an appointment quickly and have been given super nice advice and treatment! The branch is visually not the best, but other Hair Fair locations can / should learn a lot from the service! Thanks :)
S	Sandra Schleicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird es mit der Kontrolle der 3Gs nicht so genau genommen! Kontrolliert wird, wenn überhaupt, erst wenn man am Friseurstuhl sitzt. Dass man davor vielleicht schon 1 Stunde im Salon sitzt neben einem anderen Kunden der keines der 3G hat und wartet bis man an die Reihe kommt, scheint niemandem vom Personal zu interessieren! Selbst wenn man sein Zertifikat aktiv herzeigen möchte, bekommt man zu hören: "Das zeigen Sie dann Ihrer Friseurin. Das interessiert mich nicht." (Aussage von der älteren, blonden Friseurin im Salon Elterleinplatz). Für mich ein Nogo! Unfortunately, the control of the 3Gs is not taken very seriously! Checks are only carried out, if at all, when you are sitting at the barber chair. Nobody from the staff seems to be interested in the fact that you sit in the salon for maybe 1 hour in front of another customer who does not have a 3G and wait for your turn! Even if you want to actively show your certificate, you get to hear: "Then show that to your hairdresser. I don't care." (Statement from the older, blond hairdresser in the Elterleinplatz salon). A nogo for me!
D	Durchsichtiger Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War einmal zufrieden mit dem Friseur aber nachdem man 10€ für einen Termin ausgeben muss und ohne Termin über 45min warten muss, geh ich wo anders hin oder lass es von meiner Freundin schneiden. Nach 3 Youtube Tutorials schaut der Haarschnitt genauso gut aus besonders nach mehrere maligne schneiden kann sie es auch ohne Videos und das sehr gut. I was once satisfied with the hairdresser but after having to spend 10 € for an appointment and having to wait more than 45 minutes without an appointment, I'll go somewhere else or have my girlfriend cut it. After 3 Youtube tutorials, the haircut looks just as good, especially after several malignant cuts, she can do it without videos and very well.

Ich wurde bisher von allen- Lehrlinge bis Salonleitung- immer äusserst freundlich und professionell betreut. Auch wird hier wirklich stets kontrolliert und im gegeben Fall auch der Zutritt verwehrt. Dass Stammkunden natürlich nicht jede Woche ihren Impfpass vorlegen müssen, ist aber auch wirklich nicht nötig...wozu auch?! Ich kann diesen Salon jedenfalls zu 100% weiterempfehlen...es passt hier wirklich alles, von Freundlichkeit über Professionalität und auch die Sicherheit kommt hier nicht zu kurz. So I absolutely cannot understand the negative comments. So far, everyone - apprentices to salon managers - has always looked after me in an extremely friendly and professional manner. Here, too, is really always checked and, if necessary, access is denied. The fact that regular customers do not have to present their vaccination certificate every week is really not necessary ... what for ?! I can definitely recommend this salon 100% ... everything fits here, from friendliness to professionalism and security is not neglected here.
T	Tom Parys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal und spontane Besuche ohne Termine möglich. Ich wurde von einer jungen freundlichen Dame bedient. Leider hatte sie noch zu wenig Erfahrungen gehabt mit Haarschneiden. Eine einfache kurze Frisör wurde vollkommen verhaut. Oben an manchen Stellen ca. 1 cm seitlich bis über 2cm. Stufen wie im Stiegenhaus. Klar, jeder muss es erst lernen, nur wäre ich gerne darüber informiert gewesen wenn ich eine Testperson bin, die Chefin hat das Kunstwerk ja nicht einmal kontrolliert. Und leider ist das nicht die erste negative Erfahrung Hair Fair. Friendly staff and spontaneous visits without appointments possible. I was served by a young friendly lady. Unfortunately, she had had too little experience with hair cutting. A simple haircut short was completely spanked. Above in some places approx. 1 cm laterally to more than 2 cm. Steps like in the stairwell. Sure, everyone has to learn it first, but I would have liked to have been informed if I was a test person, the boss didn't even check the work of art. And unfortunately this is not the first negative experience at Hair Fair.

N	Nicolas Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hairdresser with competent employees, but with an exuberant waiting time: in average, expect to wait 40 minutes before being attended (during the week, and outside of rush hours). Waiting time on weekends might exceed an hour. 4th time in a row that I have to wait over 45 minutes to have my hair cut (usually done within 15 minutes). Sometimes some people show up with an appointment (which costs 10€ a pop) and take your place in the line. Too bad, because the service is rather good. Advice: make appointments free to prevent a clog caused by waiting customers.
