Wie schon in einigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Sehr unfreundliches Personal und wenn viele Kunden anstehen, selbst bis zum Gehsteig hinaus - wird trotzdem, keine weitere Kasse geöffnet (auch wenn einer im gleichen Raum untätig ist) und gemütlich und langsam weiter gearbeitet! I'm forced to be here, regular customer. As already written in some reviews: Very unfriendly staff and when a lot of customers are queuing, even up to the sidewalk - no further cash register is opened (even if someone in the same room is idle) and work comfortably and slowly!

Haben schon einige Male (am PC) die Nachricht bekommen "Zustellung gescheitert "obwohl wir zu Hause waren. Beschwerden beim Kundenservice oder in der Filiale sind sinnlos. Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein den Zusteller vom 17.11.2021 in der martinstrasse 39 ausfindig zu machen (wenn man will),um mit ihm ein ernstes Gespräch zu führen. Benachrichtigung liegt meist nicht im Briefkasten, sondern klebt im Nebenhaus am schwarzen Brett. (Geschultes Personal).oder er denkt sich, holt euch das Paket selbst, ich bekomme mein Gehalt so oder so. In diesem Sinne wenn ihr das Paket selber abholen wollt, dann mit der Post. S	Stephania Müllner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem lange Schlangen und Wartezeiten. Bitte installiert Maschinen/Selbstbedienungsschalter um die Wartezeiten (beim Personal) zu verkürzen. Das ist wirklich ineffizient und unnötig heutzutage. Zumindest die einfachen Produkte (Kuverts etc) müsste man so schnell kaufen können. Die Schlange geht bis auf den Gehsteig hinaus! Extremely long lines and waiting times. Please install machines / self-service counters to shorten waiting times (for staff). This is really inefficient and unnecessary these days. At least the simple products (envelopes, etc.) should be able to be bought so quickly. The queue goes all the way out on the sidewalk!

Paketverfolgung zeigt "Samstag 22:30 zugestellt", obwohl ich direkt vor der Wohnungstür war und außerdem um diese Uhrzeit kein Zusteller unterwegs ist. Habe schon den Diebstahl polizeilich angezeigt. Caution! A deliverer steals the parcels that have permission to drop off! Already 2 packages stolen! If you have a parking permit, revoke it immediately! Package tracking shows "Saturday 10:30 p.m. delivered", although I was right in front of the apartment door and no delivery person was on the road at that time.
