Wenn man die Hotline anruft bekommt man als Standardantwort, man möge sich an den Empfänger wenden und nachfragen, ob das Paket angekommen ist - anstatt sich darum zu kümmern, dass der Automat wieder ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Sehr ärgerlich.
