A	Anca Jurca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss sagen ich bin echt schockiert über die Bewertungen hier... wir wohnen in der Nähe seit 5 Jahren und seitdem bin ich mehrmals wöchentlich hier für verschiedene Aufgaben. Jedes Mal habe ich mich mit den Mitarbeitern unterhalten, ich fand sie wirklich immer nett und bemüht. Zudem bekomme ich Päckchen nachhause geliefert und die Postmänner sind genauso freundlich und sorgsam mit den Lieferungen. Ja klar waren die Wartezeiten länger in der letzten Zeit wegen Corona, aber will man wirklich während einer Pandemie nebeneinander stehen in der Schlange in einem geschloßenen Raum? Die Mitarbeiter müssen auch geschützt werden weil sie den ganzen Tag dort arbeiten... I have to say I am really shocked by the reviews ... we have been living nearby for 5 years and have been here several times a week for various assignments. Every time I talked to the staff, I always found them nice and hard-working. I also get parcels delivered to my home and the postmen are just as friendly and careful with deliveries. Yes, of course, the waiting times have been longer recently due to Corona, but do you really want to stand side by side in a closed room during a pandemic? Employees also need to be protected because they work there all day ...

Leider hatte ein junger Herr vor mir keine Maske mit, hat sich aber doppelt und dreifach seinen Schal umgebunden um nur schnell einen Brief abzugeben. Die Dame schreit ihn lautstark an: SOFORT RAUS HIER. SOFORT, GEHEN SIE und zeigt mit dem Finger zum Ausgang. So etwas unfreundliches erlebe ich echt selten. Und an die Dame mit den kurzen blonden Haaren: wenn Sie das lesen: suchen Sie sich einen anderen Job der nicht mit Kunden zutun hat, wenn sie keinen Bock auf Kundenkontakt haben. Nicht jeder möchte so unfreundlich angeschnauzt werden von Ihnen. The rudest lady at the post office I've ever come across. Unfortunately, a young man in front of me didn't have a mask with him, but he tied his scarf twice and three times just to deliver a letter quickly. The lady yells loudly at him: OUT OF HERE IMMEDIATELY. IMMEDIATELY, GO and point your finger to the exit. I rarely experience anything so unfriendly. And to the lady with the short blonde hair: if you're reading this: look for another job that has nothing to do with customers if they don't feel like customer contact. Not everyone wants to be yelled at in such an unfriendly manner by you.

Warum brauchen die jetzt auch noch ne Bank dazu? … damit alles langsamer läuft natürlich… Würde niemals da ein Konto eröffnen Slow, disinterested staff. Long lines. Good thing they have the monopoly. Otherwise this "service" no longer exists. Why do they also need a bank now? ... so that everything runs slower of course ... would never open an account there

Jetzt bekommt man fast keine Pakete mehr hinein und muss sich extra dafür anstellen (um Welten schlechter als davor). Verlängert nur die Wartezeit von allen. The new shipping box is a joke. Why are you making them so small?! Now you can hardly get any more packages and have to queue up for them (worlds worse than before). Just increases everyone's wait time.

No need to say that serving a foreigner which usually does not know what exactly wants, does not speak German very well, and some times does not even know how he actually appeared at the filliale, is always a challenging opportunity.
I	Iaci Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch in the whole Vienna. Everytime I need to get a package it takes me 20 minutes in the line. Sometimes I can't wait and leave with empty hands. The post need more employees, and fast employees! And why it doesn't open on Saturday? There is clear a demand there.
