Also saves time and nerves and doesn't drive to the branch after opening hours to hand in something at the self-service machine, it never works!

G	Google Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War 17.40 Uhr da. Personal immens gestresst, wie in einer Zirkusshow am rumschreien kreuz und quer und hysterisch rumlaufend. Am Schalter war ich dann nach Wartezeit um 18.00 und bekam erklärt, dass die Identifikation jetzt nicht mehr geht. Sie ist seit morgens hier und hat jetzt keinen Nerv mehr für sowas. Ich war schon angemeldeter Kunde, Daten und Kundenummer... alles dabei und Ausweis in der Hand. Die 2 Min waren nicht mehr möglich. Für meinen Brief innerhalb Wiens wurden mir dann 4.30€ verrechnet. Wie geht sowas bitte. EIN BRIEF!!!! KEIN PAKET. Kuvert halbes A4, 10 Zettel drinnen. Was there at 5:40 p.m. Staff immensely stressed, like in a circus show, screaming all over the place and walking around hysterically. After waiting at 6:00 p.m., I was at the counter and was told that identification was no longer possible. She's been here since this morning and now she has no nerve for anything like that. I was already a registered customer, data and customer number ... everything with me and ID in hand. The 2 minutes were no longer possible. I was then charged € 4.30 for my letter within Vienna. How's that going? A LETTER!!!! NO PACKAGE. Half an A4 envelope, 10 pieces of paper inside.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir lediglich erklärt, dass sie 10 Jahre dort arbeitet, dass sie recht hat, ihr Preis stimmt und ich falsch liege. Als ich ihr die Information aus dem Internet vorgelegt habe, hat sie bloß gemeint, dass das ein Fehler ist. Kann mir als Kunde ehrlich gesagt egal sein. Wenn im Internet steht, dass ich für ein Paket mit den Maßen 100x60x60cm und 2kg 4,30€ bezahle und mein Paket 65x60x25cm und 1,5kg hat, dann möchte ich nicht erklärt bekommen, dass mein Paket zu groß für eine Postbox ist und mehr zahlen müssen. Wo bleibt da der Kundenservice? In Zukunft versende ich lieber mit anderen Anbietern als der Post. Unfortunately, other shipment prices are given on the homepage than those requested by the employees. The employee only explained to me that she had worked there for 10 years, that she was right, her price was right and I was wrong. When I gave her the information from the Internet, she just said that it was a mistake. As a customer, I honestly don't care. If it says on the Internet that I pay € 4.30 for a package with the dimensions 100x60x60cm and 2kg and my package is 65x60x25cm and 1.5kg, then I don't want to be told that my package is too big for a post box and will pay more have to. Where's the customer service? In the future I prefer to send with other providers than the post office.
R	Rudolf Moravek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket wurde nicht zugestellt obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zu Hause war, vielleicht sieht der Zusteller schlecht das er die Türnummer bei der Sprechanlage nichr gefunden hat. Anruf bei Service Hotline mit der bitte um Zustellung leider nicht erfolgreich der generfte Mitarbeiter teilte mir dies sei nicht möglich. Da ich eine Behinderung habe ist es mir nicht möglich das Paket abzuholen. In Zukunft Pakete nie wieder mit der Post bei allen anderen Paketdiensten ist eine nochmalige Zustellung möglich, das beste Zustellservice hat AMAZON da könnte sich die Post ein Beispiel nehmen. Parcel was not delivered even though I was at home all day, maybe the deliverer sees badly that he didn't find the door number on the intercom. Calling the service hotline with a request for delivery was unfortunately unsuccessful, the nerfed employee told me this was not possible. Since I have a disability, I am not able to pick up the package. In the future, packages never again by post with all other parcel services, a repeated delivery is possible, AMAZON has the best delivery service, the post office could take an example.
A	Anna Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wohne im 1160 Wien Wattgasse, ständig sind im unsere Haus die Briefe von anderen Häuser zu uns geliefert und wahrscheinlich das gleiche passiert mit Briefe für Bewohner von unsere Haus. Ein sehr wichtiger Brief von meine Bank ist auch "verschwunden". Der Briefträger ist einfach inkompetent /ohne Ausbildung/ und Analphabet. Das ganze dauert schon seit längerem Zeit. I live in 1160 Vienna Wattgasse, letters from other houses are constantly delivered to us in our house and probably the same happens with letters for residents of our house. A very important letter from my bank has also "disappeared". The postman is simply incompetent /untrained/ and illiterate. All of this has been going on for a long time.

M	Miss Musikalismus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't understand what is the reason to have drivers when they don't bring the letters and the packets at home. Is this an Austria - European thing? Because in others countries I have been I never had a problem like this.
