★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zustellung des Paketes erst nach drei Anläufen, garniert mit jeder Menge Frechheit bei der Nachfrage in der Filiale (die Klingel würde nicht funktionieren und das Paket wäre unbedingt zugestellt worden, ich würde mir einbilden, dass kein Zettel hinterlegt worden wäre etc). Wenn das Personal derart überfordert ist, sollte es doch gerne ausgetauscht werden!
 Delivery of the package only after three attempts, garnished with a lot of cheek when asked in the branch (the bell would not work and the package would have been delivered, I would imagine that no note had been left, etc.). If the staff is so overwhelmed, they should be replaced!

A star is an exaggeration of the performance of this post. How can you only have 1 of 3 counters open at lockdown before christmas ?! There are at least 25 people in the branch. Hello cluster
