Always top advice and unbeatably nice service. Couldn't imagine a better optician and I'm very happy to have found him. We have never broken in on glasses either, because there are always pretty and stylish models that are always up to date.

Trotz fix vereinbartem Termin 28 Minuten Wartezeit - in der mir weder ein Sitzplatz noch Wasser (35° Hochsommer) oder Zeitschriften angeboten wurden. Ich hätte mir auch gewünscht, zu erfahren, dass es noch so lange dauern wird, dann hätte ich zwischenzeitlich Besorgungen erledigen können. Während meines Augentests wurde dann auch noch telefoniert und eine Paketabholung im anderen Raum besprochen, Astigmatismus (den ich habe) wurde nicht ausgetestet. Die erste Brille, die mir gezeigt wurde war offensichtlich nicht mit meinen Augenbrauen kompatibel. Abgesehen davon war der Optiker sehr freundlich. Unfortunately a bit disappointing! I would also have liked to find out that it would be so long before I could have run errands in the meantime.
