★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal war freundlich, dennoch leider sehr inkompetent wenn es um sowohl digitale als auch analoge Fotografie geht. Zwei meiner Filme (2x Kodak Portra um €10,-/Stück) sind verloren gegangen. Des Weiteren habe ich vor einigen Monaten eine Gegenlichtblende für meine Fujifilm x100f bestellt, angekommen ist eine Verschlusskappe für eine Gegenlichtblende welche ich nicht besitze.
 The staff was friendly, but unfortunately very incompetent when it comes to both digital and analog photography. Two of my films (2x Kodak Portra for € 10, - / piece) have been lost. Furthermore, a few months ago I ordered a lens hood for my Fujifilm x100f, a cap for a lens hood that I do not have arrived.

Der freundliche Optiker hat sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen für Sehtest, Aufklärung der Brille, div Fragen beantworten usw.

Lots of friendly and honest employees who care about their customers, especially Mr. Goran, who (a few months ago) helped my wife and recently also me with the purchase of a cell phone or with changing contracts in an extremely competent and committed manner!
