Wenn es einmal Kleinigkeiten gab, wurde dies immer zur Zufriedenheit aller gelöst. Ich habe beim letzten Kauf einer optischen Sonnenbrille auch bei den "grossen Ketten" angefragt, und muss sagen, dass es kaum Preisvorteile gab (die Null-Eurobrille gibts nur in der Werbung). Also ich kaufe lieber beim lokalen flexiblen Händler ! ...und nein, meine Bewertung folgt auf Eigeninitiative ! I have been a customer for 23 years (approx. 15 glasses and optical sunglasses / sports glasses) and I was satisfied with all the products offered and bought. Whenever there were little things, this was always resolved to everyone's satisfaction. When I last bought optical sunglasses, I also asked the "big chains" and I have to say that there were hardly any price advantages (the zero euro glasses are only available in advertising). So I prefer to buy from the local flexible dealer! ... and no, my evaluation is based on my own initiative!

Meine Gläser waren lagernd und daher war meine Brille schon nach 20 Minuten fertig! Top! Im Haus befindet sich eine gratis Tiefgarage und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Very friendly and patient optician! Very large selection of glasses for children too. My glasses were in stock, so my glasses were ready in just 20 minutes! Top! There is a free underground car park and a grocery store in the house.
k	karl eliasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgezeichnete Betreuung und schnelle Lieferung bei den großen Optikerketten hätte ich 2 Wochen auf meine Brille gewartet hier war sie in einem Tag fertig. So würde man sich Kundenservice immer wünschen. Excellent support and fast delivery with the big optician chains I would have waited 2 weeks for my glasses here they were ready in one day. This is how you would always want customer service.

So sieht Service am Kunden aus,hier fühlt man sich gut betreut Very friendly and competent advice, nice, bright shop with top equipment. I was immediately "measured" and was able to take the glasses with me immediately. This is what customer service looks like, you feel well looked after here

Der Optiker hat in einer rekordverdächtigen Zeit die Brille unserer Jüngsten, welche beim Rodeln einen kleinen Unfall gebaut hat, repariert und neu angepasst. Dabei ist besonders die zuvorkommende proaktive Kommunikation mit uns Kunden und die professionelle Arbeit hervorzuheben. Wird wohl der neue Familienoptiker werden ;-) Can't beat the service! The optician repaired and readjusted the glasses of our youngest, who had a minor accident while tobogganing, in a record-breaking time. The courteous, proactive communication with us customers and the professional work deserve special mention. Will probably be the new family optician ;-)
