Insbesondere das qulaitativ hochwertige und sehr kundenorientierte Gespräch mit Herrn König hat mich dermaßen begeistert, dass ich mir eingestanden habe, nicht mehr über diverse Webseiten zu bestellen. Ich habe diverse Proben erhalten um festzustellen, welches mir am besten zusagt. Das Lokal hat eine optisch schöne Tiefe, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man Sieht auch dass hier gearbeitet wird . Es versteckt sich keiner. Ich kann diesen Optiker wirklich sehr empfehlen, man merkt sofort beim betreten des Lokals ein Gefühl der Behutsamkeit. Auch wenn es für den ein oder anderen zuweit entfernt ist, sollte man zumindest einmal dieses Geschäft besucht zu haben. Ich werde in Zukunft all meine Käufe hier tätigen. Alleine schon dafür, dass meine Kontaktlinsen schwer zu bekommen sind, deutlich teuerer wären und mir geraten wurde, diese weiterhin übers Netz zu beziehen, da es für mich selbst nich so wirtschaftlich wäre. Menschen die auf den Kunden schauen und nicht auf den Profit, haben bei mir stets eine Gute Bewertung verdient. Wirklich Top und Danke dass Sie sehr kompetent sind. Besitzer und Mitarbeiter kümmern sich bestens um die Kunden, kontrollieren noch einmal nach ob der Augenarzt alles richtig gemacht hat und nehmen NICHT einfach jeden Auftrag an ohne alles zu hinterfragen. Preise sind super. Kurze Wartezeiten. Köstlicher Kaffee. Bin mehr als zufrieden und kann ihn nur empfehlen! World class optician! Owners and employees take good care of the customers, check again whether the ophthalmologist has done everything correctly and do NOT just accept every order without questioning everything. Prices are great. Short waiting times. Delicious coffee. I am more than satisfied and can only recommend it!

Ich bin das erste Mal zu einem echten Optiker gegangen und war mehr als begeistert. Zuvor war ich lange bei einem bekannten "Ketten"-Optiker, jedoch hat mir bei meiner letzten Brille weder die Beratung, die Qualität, der Service noch der Preis gefallen. Meine Brille war nach kurzer Zeit zum wegschmeißen (Kratzer in der Beschichtung, dauernd schmutzig, deswegen ständig Blendung v.a. im Stadtverkehr) das war die 5te Brille bei dieser Firma und die letzte! Da ich nun auf Camper-Urlaub fahre und als Autofahrer eine scharfe Sicht benötige, habe ich mich wegen den guten Bewertungen an Klika Optik gewandt und gefragt ob sich eine Brille bis Montag ausgehen würde (es war Donnerstag) !!! Ich habe meine fertige Brille am NÄCHSTEN Tag bekommen !!! Und das ohne jeglichen Aufpreis ❤️ Beratung super, die Brille sitzt perfekt und ein kleines Geschenk gabs auch noch dazu? Before that, I spent a long time with a well-known "chain" optician, but I didn't like the advice, quality, service or price of my last pair of glasses. After a short time my glasses were to be thrown away (scratches in the coating, constantly dirty, therefore constant glare, especially in city traffic) that was the 5th pair of glasses from this company and the last! Since I am now going on a camper holiday and as a driver I need a clear view, I turned to Klika Optik because of the good reviews and asked if my glasses would go out by Monday (it was Thursday) !!! I got my finished glasses the NEXT day !!! And that without any extra charge ❤️ Great advice, the glasses fit perfectly and there was also a small gift I will never go to another optician again!

Nicht nur, dass ich nach gefühlt 1000 Brillenanproben endlich das passende Gestell gefunden habe, ich fand auch gleichzeitig einen sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Optiker, der mir die für mich perfekten Gläser gemacht hat. Er hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen und sehr gewissenhaft gearbeitet. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Everything really fit here.
