Zuallererst war ich vor paar Tagen mit meiner Mutter beim Orthopäden, und da war ein Vertretungsarzt. 1h wartet man drauf, dass man rein kommt und nicht mal 1min hat er sich die Beschwerden angehört und genauso nicht einmal den Schmerzensbereich abgetastet, kommt eine Spritze OHNE ZUSTIMMUNG des Patienten! und schon gleich danach ist er raus aus dem Raum ohne irgendwas zu sagen. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass er nicht mal die Stelle abgetastet hat, wo er die Spritze gemacht hat! und er lässt einen nicht mal gescheit übersetzen bzw. gibt die Zeit zum übersetzen. Die Schmerzen von meiner Mutter sind viel schlimmer geworden seit dem. Nie wieder zu dem Orthopäden! Zweitens sollte er mich auch behandeln, aber nein musste noch um die 20 min im Raum warten, damit er drauf kommt! Abgesehen davon, sind die Mitarbeiter genauso kein bisschen behilflich und antworten auf die Fragen frech! My mother's pain has gotten much worse since then. Never go to the orthopedic surgeon again! Second, he should treat me too, but no, I had to wait around 20 minutes in the room for him to figure it out! Apart from that, the employees are not helpful either and answer the questions cheekily!

S	Sebastian Jahns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abweisung von Patienten mit akuten Schmerzen Ich wollte einen Termin vereinbaren, da ich sehr akute Rückenprobleme erlitten hatte und wollte heute vorbeikommen und wurde sofort am Telefon abgewiesen, da sie derzeit keine Erstpatienten aufnehmen und man sich an einen anderen Arzt wenden soll. Mir wurde zwar ein Ersatztermin angeboten jedoch erst im Juli. Mit akuten Schmerzen ist es nicht möglich solange zu warten. Abweisung von Patienten mit akuten Schmerzen verstößt nicht nur gegen den hippokratischen Eid, sondern ist für uns Patienten ein Zeichen dafür, wer kein Stammpatient ist braucht keine Hilfe in Not. Vielen Dank. I was offered an alternative date, but only in July. It is not possible to wait that long with acute pain. Man wird äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut was ja nicht überall der Fall ist. Ich sage nochmals ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank für das liebevolle Entgegenkommen des Herrn Dr. Wachter und dem gesamten Personal welches genauso dem Patienten entgegenkommt. I	Isabella Budin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ starke Knieschmerzen Nachdem ich über eine Stunde gewartet habe - trotz Termin - bin ich endlich aufgerufen worden. (auf den Termin habe ich auch schon mehr als 1 Monat gewartet). Nach weiteren 3 min im Behandlungszimmer wurde ich mit einer Spritze im Knie wieder heim geschickt. Es wurde weder auf meine Schmerzen, meinen Job (nur stehen und gehen - Gastronimie), noch auf meine Hobbies (viel Sport) eingegangen. Auf die Frage ob ich präventiv mein Knie stützen, schonen, cremen,.. kann/soll, wurde ich vertröstet, dass mir ohne Bilder nicht geholfen werden kann. Meinen nächsten Termin habe ich trotz starker Schmerzen erst in 1,5 Monaten bekommen. Habe da wieder mal mitbekommen, dass es wichtiger ist viele Patienten schnell abzufertigen und somit mehr Geld zu verdienen, als sich wirklich auf die Personen einzustellen. Wartezimmer war komplett überfüllt und sogar am Gang saßen wartende Patienten. severe knee pain After waiting over an hour - despite the appointment - I was finally called. (I've been waiting for the appointment for more than 1 month). After another 3 minutes in the treatment room, I was sent home with a syringe in my knee. My pain, my job (just standing and walking - gastronomy), nor my hobbies (a lot of sport) were discussed. When asked whether I can / should prop up my knee as a preventive measure, protect it, put cream on it, ... can / should, I was put off that I cannot be helped without pictures. Despite the severe pain, I got my next appointment in 1.5 months. I realized again that it is more important to deal with many patients quickly and thus to earn more money than to really adjust to the people. The waiting room was completely overcrowded and there were even waiting patients in the corridor.

Ich würde 0 sterne wirklich für so was geben!!!! really very bad you have to wait a long time, rude staff really not recommended I hope this doctor's office will be closed as soon as possible. 1	1vsVI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin habe ich 2 Stunden gewartet, nur damit sich der Arzt für 4 Minuten mein Röntgenbild und meinen Befund anschaut. Außerdem ist das Personal unglaublich unverschämt und respektlos. Ich wollte an der Theke das Personal fragen, wie lange ich noch bräuchte bis ich an die Reihe komme, das Personal antwortet:"Keine Ahnung, das dauert". Das war definitiv das letzte Mal das ich zu diesem Arzt gegangen bin. Hoffe die Klinik schließt so bald wie möglich. Despite an appointment, I waited 2 hours just for the doctor to take 4 minutes to look at my X-ray and my findings. Also, the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I wanted to ask the staff at the counter how long it would take for my turn, the staff replies: "I don't know, it will take a while". That was definitely the last time I went to this doctor. Hope the clinic closes as soon as possible.
