Zwei mal hintereinander wurde ich weggeschickt, weil die Mitarbeiter behauptet haben, keine E-Mail bekommen zu haben.
Beide Male wurde die E-Mail nach Interventionen der Arztpraxis doch gefunden.
Danke, liebe Apotheke für die extra Wege, danke, liebe Apotheke für jedesmal eine Viertelstunde Anstehen!
Incapable of handling the medium of e-mail.
I was sent away twice in a row because the staff claimed they had not received an email.
Both times the email was found after interventions by the doctor's office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Sortiment ist sehr groß und mit ziemlicher Sicherheit findet man was man braucht und noch mehr. Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch kompliziertere Rezepte sind in der Regel kein Problem.
Es gibt leider ein großes Manko: es wird keine Rücknahme von Medikamenten angeboten. Das ist in Zeiten des Klimawandels ein großes Problem für mich, da ich gezwungen bin, mit dem Auto zum Altstoffplatz zu fahren um Kleinstmengen an Medikamenten zu entsorgen. Also ein extra Weg für mich und eine extra Portion Treibhausgas für die Umwelt. Schade.
The range is very large and you will almost certainly find what you need and more. Employees are generally very friendly and helpful. Even more complicated recipes are usually not a problem.
Unfortunately, there is one major shortcoming: no return of medicines is offered. This is a big problem for me in times of climate change, as I am forced to drive to the recycling center to dispose of small quantities of medicines. So an extra way for me and an extra portion of greenhouse gases for the environment. Too bad.
