N	Nyxerebos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werden in Zukunft nicht mehr dort einkaufen. Bei telefonischer Anfrage ob ein Medikament vorrätig ist, mit seufzen und widerwillen mal zum Computer bewegt. Dann kam die Aussage, das gibt es nicht mehr. Auf meine Rückfrage was ich jetzt tun soll, kam ein spöttisches "na, den Arzt " fragen. Eine Alternative auf das nicht rezeptpflichtige Produkt konnte oder wollte die ausgebildete Pharmazeutin nicht geben. Ein ander mal habe ich versucht ein spezielles Vitaminpräparat zu bestellen, das konnte diese Apotheke nicht, was ja in Ordnung ist. Jedoch meinte dann eine Dame meine Wahl der Bestellung zu kritisieren zu müssen u was ich damit will. Es gibt andere Produkte die schon seit Jahren so eingesetzt werden. ... zum diskutieren/zurechtweisen geh ich nicht in eine Apotheke. Ein weiteres Mal hat mir mein Freund Nasenpflaster besorgt, die mir in der Schwangerschaft helfen besser Luft zu bekommen (man kann sonst nicht viel tun gegen den "Schwangerschaftsschnupfen"). Auch hier wurde wieder diskutiert, dass ich zum Azt gehn soll. Und es wurde nicht freundlich nachgefragt. Update am 19.2.21 zum Update der Apotheke: ich wüsste nicht wie sie mir jetzt noch "helfen" können. Hier ging es um die Art und Weise der Angestellten... Will not shop there in the future. When asked by telephone whether a drug is in stock, with a sigh and reluctance to move to the computer. Then came the statement that it no longer exists. When I asked what I should do now, a mocking "Well, the doctor" came up. The trained pharmacist could not or would not give an alternative to the non-prescription product. Another time I tried to order a special vitamin preparation, this pharmacy couldn't do that, which is okay. However, then a lady said she had to criticize my choice of order and what I want with it. There are other products that have been used in this way for years. ... I don't go to a pharmacy to discuss / reprimand. Once again, my friend got me nasal plasters that help me to breathe better during pregnancy (there is not much else you can do about the "cold of pregnancy"). Also here it was discussed again that I should go to the Azt. And it was not asked kindly. Update on 02/19/21 to update the pharmacy: I don't know how you can "help" me now. This was about the manners of the staff ...

Die Qualität ist sehr gut und die Tropfen schmecken sehr neutral. Nach 2 Wochen konnte ich wieder super gut schlafen. Es ist ein großartiges Gefühl endlich wieder ruhig und ausgeschlafen aufzuwachen. Now I have ordered 10% drops of CBD and have been taking 7 drops a day for 4 weeks. The quality is very good and the drops taste very neutral. After 2 weeks I was able to sleep very well again. Ich hatte ein paar spezielle Fragen zu den Medikamenten, die Mitarbeiterin hat sich Zeit genommen, um mir alles gut und genau zu erklären. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und werde sicher wiederkommen! The team at this pharmacy is really very friendly, competent and helpful.
