W	Walter Haubinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die inkompetenteste Apotheken Mitarbeiterin die ich je traf arbeitet in dieser Apotheke. Ich war vor ein paar Wochen dort um mir Nelkenöl gegen Zahnschmerzen zu holen. Ich wurde gefragt ob es für ein Kleinkind ist. Ich antwortete NEIN. Mir wurde eine Flasche verkauft für knapp 10€ und gutgläubig wie ich bin hab das Zeug einfach oral angewendet. Kurz darauf wurde mir übel schwindelig und ich bekam alle Zustände die man nur haben kann inklusive schwerster Schweißausbrüche. Bin umgekippt in der Arbeit. Meinem Hausarzt hab ich das vermeintliche Nelkenöl gezeigt und er sagte mir dass da alles drinnen sei außer Nelkenöl. Mir wurde ein Öl für eine Duftlampe verkauft mit giftigen und für den Körper schädlichen Inhaltsstoffen. Katastrophal sag ich dazu nur. The most incompetent pharmacy employee I have ever met works in this pharmacy. I went there a few weeks ago to get clove oil for toothache. I was asked if it was for a toddler. I answered NO. I was sold a bottle for just under 10 € and in good faith as I am I just used the stuff orally. Shortly afterwards, I felt nauseous and dizzy and got all the conditions one can have, including the most severe sweats. I was upset at work. I showed my doctor the supposed clove oil and he told me that everything was in there except clove oil. I was sold an oil for a fragrance lamp with ingredients that are toxic and harmful to the body. I only say catastrophic.

B	Bernd Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider zwei Sterne abziehen. Die Auswahl ist groß, der grundlegende Service ist ok aber es werden keine Medikamente zurückgenommen. Das ist sehr schade, da ich nun gezwungen bin, mit dem Auto zum Altstoffplatz zu fahren, um Kleinstmengen an Medikamenten zu entsorgen. Das Klima freut sich und ich habe einen Weg mehr. Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars. The selection is large, the basic service is ok but no medicines are taken back. That's a shame, because I'm now forced to drive to the waste disposal site to dispose of small amounts of medication. The climate is happy and I have one way more.
M	Mike Burgell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von einem der Herren in der Apotheke so umfassend zum Thema Nahrungsergänzungsmittel beraten, sodass ich mit diesen Argumenten sogar meinen ansonsten bei Nahrungsergänzungsmittel eher skeptischen Arzt überzeugen konnte diese Therapie zu probieren. I received such comprehensive advice on the subject of dietary supplements from one of the gentlemen in the pharmacy that I was even able to use these arguments to convince my doctor, who was otherwise rather skeptical about dietary supplements, to try this therapy.

Es gibt ein riesiges Sortiment an Kosmetik, auch hier wird man sehr kundenorientiert und individuell beraten! Viele der Rezensionen hier kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen ??‍♀️ Meine Lieblingsapotheke!?? The pharmacy zum Schwarzen Adler impresses with its very competent and friendly staff. There is a huge range of cosmetics, here too you will receive very customer-oriented and individual advice! I absolutely cannot understand many of the reviews here ??‍♀️ My favorite pharmacy! ??
R	Ronin 3412 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe soeben wahre Größe erfahren direkt vom Leiter der Apotheke. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle grundsätzlich sehr nett und freundlich. Durch ein entstandenes Missverständnis tauchten leider Unannehmlichkeiten für mich auf welche seitens des Leiters der Apotheke mit großem Einsatz sowohl was Aufklärung und Information dazu als auch Geste aus der Welt geräumt wurde. Meine Meinung zu dieser Apotheke das jeder sich hier gut aufgehoben und beraten fühlen sollte und auch selbst über den Tellerrand sehen darf bevor man sich aufregt. Top, wirklich zu empfehlen! Unfortunately, a misunderstanding caused me inconveniences, which the manager of the pharmacy, with great effort, clarified and information about, as well as a gesture, cleared up. My opinion on this pharmacy is that everyone should feel that they are in good hands and advised and should also be able to think outside the box before they get upset. Great, really recommended!
