K	Kerllos Youssef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir heute zwei Kornspitz gekauft. In einem war im Teig selbst Haar drinnen. Ich hab‘s weggeschmissen! Sowas sind wir von Billa Plus nicht gewöhnt! I bought two Kornspitz today. One had hair in the dough itself. I threw it away! We are not used to that from Billa Plus!
E	Edgar Schörg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuer Merkur Markt erfreut sich mitten in Korneuburg. Gleich beim Eingang erstrahlt eine große Frischeabteilung inkl. umfangreiches Bio Obst & Gemüse Sortiment. Eine frische Salat- und Säftebar runden das ganze perfekt ab. Der Markt ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ist hell und übersichtlich. Er wirkt kompakter durch die etwas kleinere Fläche dafür findet man sich schneller zurecht. So wie bei Merkur gewohnt, gibt es auch hier vermutlich das größte Bio Sortiment. Einzig die Tiefkühlabteilung ist etwas kleiner ausgefallen. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden über Bäckerei inkl. Konditorei die handgemachte Torten anbietet und sogar auf Kundenwunsch anfertigt. Mich freut es jetzt in der Nähe einen Merkur Markt zu haben, der speziell für Bio-Fans klar die Nummer eins ist. New Merkur market is in the middle of Korneuburg. Immediately at the entrance, a large fresh department incl. Extensive organic fruit & vegetable assortment shines. A fresh salad and juice bar complete the whole thing perfectly. The market is beautifully decorated, is bright and clear. It looks more compact due to the smaller area you can find your way around faster. As usual with Merkur, there is probably the largest organic assortment here as well. Only the freezer department is a little smaller. Otherwise, everything is available about bakery incl. Confectionery which offers handmade cakes and even on customer request. I am now pleased to have a Mercury market nearby, which is clearly number one especially for organic fans.

Am Freitag 26.11. waren meine Tochter und ich einkaufen und die junge Kassiererin mit Brille, war zweimal äußerst unfreundlich. Wir sind schon sehr lange Kunden und ehrlich gesagt, so etwas bin ich nicht gewohnt. The manager, Mr. Marx is exceptionally friendly and courteous ?. On Friday, November 26th My daughter and I went shopping and the young cashier with glasses was extremely rude twice. We have been customers for a very long time and, to be honest, I'm not used to that.
R	Ronin 3412 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr trauriges Zeugnis für den Billa. Ansonsten eine sehr tolle Filiale, reichlich Angebot und FAST alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider ist immer nur an der Kasse ein Problem. Eine Kassiererin mit dem Namen S. , ich darf wahrscheinlich diesen nicht veröffentlichen, hat mich samt meiner Gattin und unserem Baby vor versammelter Mannschaft (mehrere geöffnete Kassen mit vielen Kunden) sowas von zur Sau gemacht weil wir mehr als 4 Stück 25% Aufkleber benutzt haben. Ich habe die Dinger vom Billa bekommen, ich habe sie nicht gestohlen. Auf die Bitte einer ihrer Kolleginnen doch höflich zu bleiben, drehte sich die besagte Kassiererin um und sagte zur ihrer Kollegin lediglich „Soll er sich doch bei der Zentrale beschweren“ gesagt, getan. Ich hatte angerufen und meinen Unmut zum Ausdruck gebracht. Nun erneut ein ähnlicher Vorfall nur mit weniger Zeugen. Soweit ich mitbekommen haben dürfte die Dame sogar befördert worden sein für das Verhalten, Führungskraft an der Kasse. Echt ein Armutszeugnis für die Geschäftsführung dieser Filiale!!! A very sad testimony for the Billa. Otherwise a very great branch, plenty of offer and almost all employees very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the only problem is at the checkout. A cashier with the name S., I'm probably not allowed to publish this, made a mess of me, my wife and our baby in front of the assembled team (several open cash registers with many customers) because we used more than 4 pieces of 25% stickers . I got the things from Billa, I didn't steal them. At the request of one of her colleagues to remain polite, the said cashier turned around and said to her colleague only "should he complain to the head office", said, done. I called and expressed my displeasure. Now again a similar incident only with fewer witnesses. As far as I can tell, the lady may even have been promoted for her behavior, manager at the checkout. Really an indictment for the management of this branch!
