S	Sebastian Ryczaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab soeben die Apo gegoogelt wegen der Telefonnummer und musste mich wundern, was da einige, offensichtlich gelangweilt-frustrierte Leut so reinschreiben. Kann ich ABSOLUT NICHT NACHVOLLZIEHEN... fahre, wenn ich etwas brauche, nur mehr in diese Apo, weil ich eben das Personal für sehr entgegenkommend und professionell halte - man bekommt auch alles gut und verständlich erklärt. Die Damen nehmen sich dort eher Zeit, im Gegensatz zu so einigen anderen Apotheken, die ich so kenne. Ganz toll finde ich auch den Parkplatz vor der Apo - das macht sie für mich zusätzlich besuchenswerter, da ich Autofahrer bin. I just googled the Apo because of the phone number and had to wonder what some apparently bored-frustrated people put in there. I CAN'T ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND ... when I need something, just go to this apo because I think the staff are very accommodating and professional - everything is explained well and understandably. The ladies tend to take their time there, unlike some other pharmacies that I know so well. I also really like the parking lot in front of the Apo - which also makes it more worth visiting for me, since I am a driver.

o	orakel joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte das Gefühl ich werde sprachlich schlicht und einfach von einer der Angestellten dort nicht verstanden. Auf Rückfragen wurde nur schnippisch und genervt reagiert. Sollte ich das nächste Mal in diese Apotheke gehen und wieder an besagte Dame kommen bringe ich einen Übersetzungscomputer mit. Kunden sind ja wirklich eine lästige Bagage...kommen einfach so in den Betrieb und verlangen auch noch etwas...wo kommen wir denn da hin??? I had the feeling that one of the employees there simply didn't understand the language. We only responded snippily and annoyed to questions. The next time I go to this pharmacy and come back to the said lady, I will bring a translation computer with me. Customers are really annoying baggage ... just come into the company and ask for something ... where are we going ???

Leider geriet ich das letzte Mal an eine Mitarbeiterin die alles andere als eine Fachkraft zu sein scheint. Abgesehen davon, dass meine Fragen teilweise offenbar nicht verstanden wurden, erhielt ich nur Laienhafte Antworten in gebrochenem Deutsch. Gerade im Gesundheitssektor erwarte ich mir Fachliche und verständliche Auskünfte. Noch einmal möchte ich nicht diese Person nach Rat fragen müssen. Until recently, I always liked going to this pharmacy because I was always given very good and competent advice. Unfortunately, the last time I came across an employee who seems anything but a specialist. Apart from the fact that some of my questions were apparently not understood, I only received amateur answers in broken German. In the health sector in particular, I expect professional and understandable information. Again, I don't want to have to seek advice from that person.
