★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde leider ein recht ungeläufiges Medikament verschrieben das an einem Samstag Vormittag nicht lagernd und am selben Tag auch nicht mehr zu besorgen war. Die nette Dame telefonierte so lange, bis sie eine Apotheke fand, die mir dies noch am selben Tag bestellen konnte. In der heutigen Zeit ist so ein Kundenservice keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Schade, dass wir so weit weg wohnen. Sonst würde ich nur mehr hier einkaufen :)
Unfortunately, I was prescribed a rather uncommon drug that was not in stock on a Saturday morning and was no longer available on the same day. The nice lady phoned until she found a pharmacy that could order this for me on the same day. In today's world, such customer service is not a matter of course. It's a shame that we live so far away. Otherwise I would just shop here more :)
