★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager is very rude. I bought a shoe and unfortunately it broke. They refused to exchange or fix it. Let me wait endlessly and told me to buy the same model again as it is one of the best shoes and I was just unlucky that mine broke! They don't care it is still under warranty. I always bought my shoes here, but I recommend going somewhere else. Even footlocker has better service than here.

I was a costumer every time i bought products, and recently I had these two worst manufactured & defaulted products (nike air 270, Nike 720). After 6 months use of both they ran out of air, but what does the nike store suggests?. ("it is not our fault that our products are defected") and the central doesn't even cover up for the expensive shipment costs for defected product!! Which is absurd, because any other store would cover up for the shipment costs!!! I have paid over 130 Euro for each and they still want me to cover up the shipment costs so that they can still discuss if it is their fault or no. (Meaning no guarantee of refund for a defective product!). No more support for Nike Products!

Well Nike store is an exception: they only offer to exchange the item or store credit.
Just something to be aware before you actually shop here because you might be unpleasantly surprised.
